For this one I love the title work (Stamp one)
When I like just a portion of a layout, I start with the portion I like, then go from there. Here's where I would start:
What would I like to put in that stamp look title? Create, crafting words? Job search words? Hobby words? Start there.
Once you have the stamp look lifted onto your own layout, with the words that you want, you can decide if you want to add a photo, or just add some other elements to decorate your lift. The vellum look one is easier: you like the vellum over the bold paper. Start your layout with the vellum and bold paper, and then scrap from there.
Depending on the inspiration, two of them combined might not work. Like the cool stamp look title is meant to be the star, so I wouldn't cover it with the vellum, you know? You could do a white on white with the stamp look, and add the shadows. The white on white and shadows could go with almost any layout.
Usually when I scraplift I don't combine a bunch the first time I try a technique, especially if it's new to me. I don't want to be concentrating on too many new things at once! (I do the same in the kitchen. I won't have 5 brand new to me meals in a week. I limit myself to one or two.) Plus, if too many techniques are supposed to be the focus, I find my layout disjointed because it's competing with itself. And that's no good.
