Went to a new doctor today about my insomnia - and have a new prescription I'll start taking - non-habit forming and non-hypnotic - if these don't do the trick then I'll have a sleep study done - but I'm being very optimistic! I really liked the doctor and think we're on the right track!

liking your doctor to me is such a HUGE beginning! that makes me smile...
