So, I'm in a strange mood, and I'm annoyed. But, I'm determined to turn it all around. It's a friends birthday later, so I'm going to be happy whether I like it or not. So, I'm going to get it all out! Then I will laugh at all our annoyances and be in a good mood.

What annoys you? :giggle

Right now, as a whole for me, it's Tuesdays. Today is annoying, lol! Work especially.

I also get annoyed by the following things (mostly funny answers, but truthful ones, hahaha):

Garbage left in my car.
DH
Sleeves that roll down when I'm doing the dishes.
Their, There, They're
When a pocket or some part of my shirt gets caught on a door knob, or drawer handle.

What about you? I bet I'll join you in a few of your annoyances!

I couldn't get my gifs to work so I removed them! They were good ones too!

I'm with you on the sleeves that roll down. But for me it is when I'm washing my hands or face! I tend to wash my hands a lot especially if I'm been touching dust since I'm allergic to it. I have to be careful to not rub my eyes if I've touched dust or dirt so I just wash my hands immediately after. I also wash my hands even if I've worn gloves to do the work that had me touching dust or dirt!

Half my family leaves cabinet doors and drawers wide open. What in the world?! Shut the cabinets and drawers people!
DD missing the bus every. single. morning.
Kids leaving clothes, shoes, dishes all over the entire house
Anyone asking me what's for dinner

Lately, what seems to annoy me the most is when others in my group exercise classes can't seem to stick to their space -- or the ones that seem to not understand the concept of staggering so that you aren't worried about running into someone directly in front of you.

And the sleeves that won't stay up when you want them to.

Cigarette smoke. I can't stand that it seems to find me regardless.

No internet or connectivity issues.

Shopping carts with wobbly wheels, or sticky wheels.

Sticky anything on my hands that I get inadvertently.

I'm a big handwasher also. Just cause I don't like things on my hands or anything sticky or when they just don't feel right.

No cabinets/doors all open, but lights left on! lol!

I'd need a lot of space. I would bump into everyone. Back to the room I go!

I dislike sticky hands too!

Ah, the airing of grievances! LOL I have many I'm sure, here's some off the top of my head

When my kids lie about dumb things, like if they brushed their teeth
The you tubers my kids watch
having to come up with something for dinner every. single. night.
Trying to get enough protein and fiber every day
when my kids leave their garbage in the car
my hands and feet always being cold in the winter

Agree 100%

I'll also add a few more

Real Estate agents cold calling repeatedly for whether we want to sell our house.....now if they only knew what we'd been through the last few years regarding our house they'd understand why we ignore their voicemail messages. It would be one thing if it was multiple agents doing it but it's one that keeps persisting.

Foods you wouldn't expect to have gluten and/or dairy in them. I had seen a new popsicle recently and saw it was a sorbet one so was like great I can have that only to discover the sorbet is the outer shell, it's ice cream in the middle.

Employers "ghosting" applicants.....I've had a few over the years including probably two at the moment & although you know it can happen, it doesn't make it any easier to accept

People using mobility parking for "just a minute" with no mobility parking permit &/or people using priority seating (for disabled people, seniors, parents with prams etc) when they don't need to.

  • rain starting just before I clock out for the day
  • my period starting
  • children who keep interrupting during a lesson

That was all today.

I hate when people do that. Also people taking the special accessible bathrooms when there are HUGE restrooms a few feet away. Hint: there's only one place to change my disabled child with dignity and you just cut me off to take it. Or passing off their poorly behaved animal as a "service dog." That just makes places harass people with legitimate service dogs after having to deal with fake ones misbehaving.

In more minor annoyances:
* my child getting under the covers with me, therefore exposing my foot/feet to lowered temperatures
* putting my hand in oozy nacho cheese trying to divvy up Taco Bell tonight
* my child does not sleep so therefore I do not sleep because my husband is the breadwinner so he gets to go to bed at a reasonable time
* being the only one who ever knows where anything is or what I needed for a situation

My veneer popping off when I was only eating a piece of a Mr. Goodbar...no way that should've happened on a brand new application. They've already had a delay on fixing two that were not seated properly because the lab sent over the wrong two replacements. And now this!

Getting the cloudfare outage message this morning

My black boots not fitting me anymore because I've gained so much weight

People not e-signing their documents I've sent to them, and other "what is wrong with people" moments at work

Taking someone out to eat and then complaining about the choice (when they asked me to pick)

(This is the last 24 hours...so we'll call it the Tuesday effect).

Thank you for letting us air our grievances!

Oh boy! This is great! :giggle

Here's mine:

DH pulling the covers off me when I just got my heat pocket warmed up!
People who go under the speed limit on a one lane road.
Coworkers who don't respond to messages in a timely manner because they don't feel like it
Coworkers who skip meetings and then don't know what's going on for a project. Grrrrr!
People in my way at the grocery store. :giggle
