I have totally had that idea myself and, probably not coincidentally, I was also driving into Boston! I live in Walpole and have to contend with 95 and 93 traffic on my workdays. 
In particular it drives me completely bananas when someone coasts along in a free lane and then tries to merge at the last second into a very congested lane. I have all kinds of evil fantasies about what I want to do to that person.
