While I’ve been drooling over pretty pages I was thinking if I could only scrap with three designers here who would they be?

Typing on my phone because I’m lingering in bed resting off my Bart hangover and not consulting the designer list —- so off the top of my head but not feeling certain, so please don’t hold me to this —

:giggle

Etc by Danyale
Little Butterfly Wings

Those two pop in my mind easily.

But now I’m thinking of a few and can’t choose which would be my third. Paula Kesselring, Kim Jensen, Kristin Asgard, Kate Hadfield

Thank goodness we don’t have to be so limited!

I love all the designers. Including the template-makers!!!
:love

One more thought ... as you pointed out by telling why you chose each ... there are often different reasons for which designers are my favorite. I might expand on this later with examples. But it’s hard to type long in a phone and I actually meant to sleep a bit longer after just a quick forum check. LOL (My husband woke me up while getting ready for work. Usually I wake up before him. I’m a morning bird. So it’s cool!) :)

My number 1 choice would be Lynn Grieveson. She has amazing kits and templates both. I'd probably choose Scrapping with Liz for her multitude of templates that often fit my style but offer such variety. The third choice is harder as I like many other designers but I guess it is a toss-up between One Little Bird and Sabrina's Creations for both have softer colors, small prints and clean and simple elements which work well for me.

Of course I have things from almost every designer and enjoy having and using those options.

I don't think I could break it down to just three designers. I used to buy every release from One Little Bird. Miss you @Peppermint !! I own a lot of Paislee Press, Sahlin Studio and Kristin Aagard. Really getting into Sara Gleason and Lynn Grieveson lately.

I don't think I can narrow my choices down to just 3 designers. I can think of three that are must-haves just for templates alone (Scrapping with Liz, Fiddle-Dee-Dee, Sahlin Studio) along with several template runners-up (Lynn Grieveson, Sabrina's Creations, Sara Gleason, Amber LaBau, & Pink Reptile). In case you can't tell, I <3 templates!

That's a really interesting thread.
My three designers would be

@mirjam (PRD) because her designs are just classy and fit everything. You can make any page with any one kit and find something to use. Plus, her color schemes are awesome.

@LynnG because her style is a great mix of shappy chic, slightly distressed but not too grungy, bold and soft, vintage and modern. Plus, she always has JUST the right wordstrip for my pages. If you twist their meaning in your head a bit you can use them on pages that you would never have thought they'd fit (not sure if this sentence makes any sense).

@justjaimee Because if I am in the mood for a one kit page you can't go wrong with her ST kits. Everything you might want without searching for it in your stash is in one of those kits.

Yes! Pink Reptile Designs is another big favorite of mine. In fact, when I was a newbie TLP-er in my first MOC (2016) with a small stash, I used her Love The Life You Live so, so very many times. And I still use it periodically!

@bbymks5 (Psst, I LOVE your siggie, that photo of you is SO AWESOME!!) <3

As for me, well.. I could definitely pick three....

.... per page.

Just Jaimee usually provides kits that can keep me monogamous and as close to "only one kit" as possible. But let's face it, I'm a Gemini and well... I CAN'T HAVE ONLY ONE!!!!

Luckily the designers here don't get mad if you 'mess around' with other designers here.. so if you look in my gallery I think you'll find that none of my pages have JUST ONE designer. There's one I can think of using only one kit.. but even then I cheated and used @gonewiththewind 's template. I can't help myself! It's not them, it's me! :blush

But honestly, choosing only three would pretty much kill my heart. There are times when I need the soft vintage of Lynn, where I need the fun quirky of Pink Reptile, when I need the massive flexibility of Jaimee's kits and sometimes when I just cannot resist the unique trinkets of Danyale..

I "grew up" with Paislee Press and One Little Bird's kits, their elegant kits and soft colors always manage to draw me in.

I can't resist the fun qualities of Allison The Thug Pennington and love that she creates alt versions of EVERYTHING so that one of my favorite elements CAN be used because it WILL fit the color scheme..

Mommyish has really cute things and her actions are so fun!

Scrapping with Liz has some really cool templates that are just uber cool. Sabrina has neat kits with some unique word arts that always manage to get me..

I could go on and on about nearly every designer here, I have a kit from every single designer in my stash.. but depending on what KIND of page I'm making depends on WHOM I will be using at the moment.

So.. if I had to choose only three? The. Lily. And Pad. Yes, definitely those three. :giggle:dance:dancebun(insert Forum Mic Drop here.)

I'm with you. Occasionally I'll stick to one kit for the sake of a speed scrap. Normally, I scroll or search my files for what I want. I think some people know me as someone who always has long credits on my pages in the gallery. :hi5

Yes!!! Me too!!! The long credit thing.. I used to work for a designer way back when and she would always joke that ONE DAY she'd design a kit that would encompass one of my pages. It was her goal to make it so I only used one kit for the page. hehe.
