I have a web site but not yet uploaded ( i want to create everything i mean banner, tags, etc etc so i need to begin soon too!!! But i wish you get your blog soon!

i use blogger! i love it b/c you can purchase your own domain name through google (or go to godaddy.com) and then create a blog using blogger.
After you've purchased your domain, you can redirect your "blogspot" blogger address to the new one you just bought under Settings>Publishing.

I use Blogger and find it fairly easy now that I know what I'm doing! I make my own backgrounds and headers too...I just need to spend more time on it but really can't be bothered!

I started out with Blogger but then changed over to Wordpress because I could host it myself. I think Blogger is probably slightly easier to use, but Wordpress gives you more freedom. Good luck!
