The return of grade school fashion?

I don't remember the bright jeans when I was younger. Maybe if they were acid washed. LOL I do remember layering scrunched up socks.

Now, if the poufy hair makes a comeback...then I'll get really scared.
 
LOL!!!! I had some big hair back in the day and wore lots of scrunched up socks, too. I have only revisited those styles for Halloween! :)
 
I'm also reminded of one of my favorite shows when I was a kid...

This all reminds me of how my mom used to let ME pick my own clothes :no2 She never told me that a red shirt with purple jeans didn't match :rofl

Honestly, I don't care what color any of it is - I'm just glad the pants appear to cover their little butts, and the tops come up close to their necks. Nothing drives me more crazy than grade school kids showing too much skin!
 
Oh, I remember them too, colored jeans are out for me, I wear them only to work, and thats becuz I have to dress up and I hate dress clothes, so I buy colored jeans with dressy top, thus far I have not been scolded and when hired was told jeans are a no no, so colored jeans only serve one purpose to me. LOL Oh how I remember the vest had one in a few colors. I definately think the legs are pegged, only they dont call them that now, all my daughter wears.
 
This is one girl who will NOT be wearing brightly colored jeans... brightly colored shirts on the other hand get a thumbs up! I can't believe this trend is coming back! EEEWWWWEEEEE!!!!!
