Today’s post is based on the following tweet I saw on social media. I thought it was kind of fun.

I don’t carry a purse. I haven’t for years now.

Feel free to come back multiple times if you would like to share more random facts about yourself. Time to share something random!!
 
I put both socks on before putting on my shoes too.

I still carry a purse but hate it. I carry it because I need to have readers to read my phone and most of my pants don't have a pocket or one big enough for my phone, cards and readers.

Speaking of readers, my random thing is that I have 5 or 6 pairs of cheap reading glasses scattered throughout the house and I still can't find a pair when I need to read something. :giggle

I agree!! I always wear my socks around the house. But I guess that one person does sock-shoe sock-shoe, lol
 
I sing. All the time. Not sure if I'm good at it, but I just can't stop myself. It's not like I sing entire songs, just bits & pieces, here & there. A word, a sound, something I see, I associate with a song.

One thing: my hubby said to me (from the other room) "Oh, are you in the pantry?", I wondered how he could know & he said it was because I was singing Strawberry Fields. LOL I had no idea, but I've noticed after that, that I always start singing that song when I get into the pantry. (And no, no strawberries there)
 
I also don't carry a purse. I stopped early in the pandemic, before we knew covid is mainly spread by breathing instead of touching. I figured one less thing to handle might be safer and I already had a Spibelt I have used for many years to travel light when I'm hiking and taking long walks. It fits snug around my hips and holds everything I really need (a few cards, lip moisturizer, my keys . . . and even my phone if I want to put it in there, but I usually put it in a pocket for quicker access. I'm really enjoying traveling light all the time and have never missed my purse. It's collecting dust, still holding a bunch of stuff I don't need much (like rewards cards for stores I don't go to much and an ID card for the Library of Congress, which anyone can get when visiting there, at least back in 1998).

The sock-shoe question has me thinking hard; not sure whether I prefer one way or the other. Maybe I do both, randomly. :think

As for something not already brought up . . . I'm actually having a hard time picking anything. I've thought of several ideas, but then thought they are actually interesting, not boring. :lol

Ok, here's a boring fact about me. I want to reorganize my "office" bookshelves. Lots could be weeded out. I could go on, but then it starts to get interesting. :giggle

Also, same. I tell my son that I have a song for everything!

Also, crooked blinds drive me bonkers.
I truly dislike anything watermelon flavored, including watermelon itself.
I love tomatoes and hate ketchup.
 
I always put on my right shoe first but I’m not sure why.

…and I like bananas but don’t like banana flavored foods.

It weirds me out thinking about sock shoe sock shoe LOL.

A boring fact about me is ... I love jean jackets, always have. I have 4 right now.
 
Ok... so.... if I'm wearing my Sperry slip on shoes with the no-see socks... I put on sock, shoe, then the other sock and shoe... BUT... it's because sometimes the socks slip off when the shoe isn't on. :rofl

I choose my purse size based on having enough room to fit a Jimmy Johns sub inside. It's mostly empty, but I like to be able to put "stuff" in there when I need a hand free.
 
I can not remember if I do sock-sock, shoe-shoe or the other way. And that is my boring information to share....

p.s. when I next get ready to leave the house, I will report back which way I do it. :crazy3

Mine too, and I really, really dislike turning nasty teen boy socks right side out. Why do they leave them in a ball???

And yes, I should make the teen come pick them up, but it's not a battle I want to fight anymore.
 
I'm not a big peanut butter fan at all. Occasionally, an uncrustable or a swirl in ice cream.
