I absolutely agree with the hot shower! And then snuggle into a onesie and just spent the rest of the day/night doing nothing that 'needs' the be done. A day like that can fix me for sure!
 
Oh @Scrapping with Liz how.very.horrible!! I'll go with a pot of tea (the old English remedy) heavy on the sugar and milk. It was our answer...put the kettle on. Now I'd say a hot shower if my solution even if it's hot out. Hot shower and frigid a/c. I could/would have said chocolate but I'm getting off most sugar these days. Sad but true.
 
so many great answers already! I use the shower/bath trick on the kids for sure. when they don't feel well, are upset/stressed, etc - I help them get into a shower or bath (yes, even though they're tween/teen now! they love it).

For me - I'd say cold pack lol. I get a lot of migraines and my gosh I love a good cold pack. Yesterday I had a heating pad on my neck and a cold pack on my head!
 
For me it's a short list... exercise, sleep or wine. :giggle one of those always does the trick for me! Of course... this is the mental state fix type list... those things obviously won't fix a broken toilet. For that I have my hubby. :giggle
 
There's nothing that playing with dogs can't fix :) Unless the dogs are being the problem, then there's nothing fresh air can't fix.
