Today is finally, finally Friday! Yay!

It was a long week because it our first full week back at school. Everyone is tired and we are definitely sleeping in tomorrow! We have tennis on Saturday and church on Sunday. We will probably go out for sushi on Saturday night. Otherwise, no plans, no schedules...:yesss

What are your plans for the weekend?

I'm excited to wrap up editing some wedding pictures for some clients, take some Senior pictures-- and then my husband and I are going on a "date" to an amusement park! (Cedar Point, for the midwesterns out there!) I'm really excited!

We're getting ready for our homeschool year to start on Monday, so I'm gearing up for that. Other than that, errands and the usual weekend stuffs.

Hopefully NOTHING!! I just want to chill at home. I am putting together the little peanut's new baby bed today so hopefully she likes it and sleeps all night. That would make it the perfect weekend :)

Tomorrow I have to work for a little bit in the morning and then we're going to a friends' house tomorrow night for a birthday celebration.

Sunday we're meeting someone who may take our dog. We're trying to rehome him :( Our other dog just cannot accept having him in the house and it's gotten to the point where I hate coming home because I do is yell at them to stop acting crazy.

This is THE.LAST.WEEK. of summer :( My kidlets are going to go spend it three hours north with the grandparents. We're going to a family picnic Saturday and that's where we're meeting up with G&G to trade them off! They'll get to go to the fair, the derby, go fishing, fourwheeling, etc. I'll miss them, but I'll enjoy some quiet too!

I'm looking forward to a nice quiet weekend at home. My son will be out tonight until late so I can scrap to my heart's content. It's his last weekend before college starts so there will be sleeping in, but not too late. Then, of course, the requisite laundry and house cleaning that I love so much ; )

I think I will just be trying to get through the weekend. DH is depressed because our car (the old one) apparently needs new brakes ($1.5k!) so we're considering getting rid of it, and he is not much company. *sigh* But we have our wine club tomorrow night, so that should help improve his mood!

Not much. I hope. I'm getting over being sick. My son is still sick, I'm taking him to the doctor this morning. And my daughter is coming down with what he had, too, but her case doesn't seem as bad. Go figure, he missed the full second week of school. Oh, and the hubby is working two FT jobs, so I don't know if he's going to get a break, either. I might have to go microwave shopping because ours apparently died last night.

We start back to school on Monday. We're pretty much ready. We still need to run across town to the music store to pick up a few supplies DS needs replenished for band. We got DD's hair cut the other day, and she's pretty much hating it, so I may take her to have some layers put in to soften it up a bit.

Other than that, DH is working on Saturday, and I promised DD we could make Oreo truffles this weekend. That's it! :)

I'm hoping to get a bunch of sleep, lol!!!!

I have a bachelorette party tonight and our daughter has a sleepover tomorrow, but other than that, I just want to be at home!

well, I do have plans this weekend!!! LOL Tomorrow I'll be heading to Sao Paulo to go to a concert!!! and you know who I'll be seeing live??? LOL .......... MAROON 5!!!!! OMG, can't believe I'll see ADAM LEVINE hahahha I'm totally feeling like a teen right now lol

Yay for Friday! My husband has Sat-Mon off. :D Not sure what all we're doing, but I know on Sunday, we're going to St Paul to go to Como Park {zoo} with my brother and SIL.

We are celebrating Mysty's bday this weekend and going to Science North then a big day of shopping (she didn't want any gifts this year only $) So looking forward to our "mini trip"

we're supposed to be getting our new countertops tomorrow but they haven't confirmed yet...

so, we're finishing up putting together the kitchen island... then tomorrow we'll hopefully have our new countertops and sink and then Mark will install our new faucet... Sunday the kids switch to their new classes which doesn't always go well with the boys, so who knows how that will go LOL... other than that I'm hoping for some fun family time on Sunday afternoon... and then prep for homeschool.

Hanging out tonight, Bible study + neighborhood carnival tomorrow, and church Sunday. Lots and lots of scrapping now that I finally have my own computer again!! :beat:beat:beat

Um... Valeria... I'm coming with you! LOL! I hope you can get some pictures! :)

We didn't have plans, but now I've decided to do a big 'ol project instead. I've been wanting to re-do our basement family area since we moved in 9.5 years ago, but with small kids I've just let it be old and dated and ugly figuring they'd destroy it anyway. Well, now they are old enough to be trusted and I'm itching bad to spruce it up. Last weekend I scored a gorgeous sectional couch on Craigslist. It's from one of the super ritzy houses on the beach and they are selling their other home to move here full time and needed to combine two houses of furniture. The couch looks like i was rarely used and I got it for a steal.

So, that started the process. The carpet down there is pea green and old and dusty and nasty. So I went to a garage sale two houses away from mine today because they said they had some area rugs for sale. This lady has a giant piece of carpet that filled her whole living area that is almost exactly the size I need for my whole room and she sold it to me for $40!!! Can you believe that? So, I will be gleefully ripping out carpet tonight and tomorrow. Then I can get a guy in to do drywall and I will be one happy momma! :)

I took today off work so I can do Phase 2 of my home office re-organization.

On Sunday I'm going to a crop at my LSS! It's my second time there and I'm meeting up with some of the same girls as the first time. So that means Sat night I'll be packing up my stuff into my wheeled cart thingie that I just bought at Office Depot yesterday. Hooray! :yesss

Sunday will be our last weekend in the pool unless the temps go back up....which they could very well do. And lots and lots of laundry!!

Whew! Oh, and did I say how much I. Love. Fridays.!!!!! Love 'em, love 'em, love 'em!
