Tax Free Weekend

Ours was yesterday and today! For sure taking advantage! Especially since Isabella had to have a calculator that cost $150 for school!!! Going back out today to finish school supplies!

We have tax free shopping here? I heard that Kohls was doing it, but do other stores?
 
Some stores here do it - Kohls is one, and I saw a few others, although I can't remember which ... but it's not like a statewide thing or anything. LOL
 
It was this weekend in FL. I only needed a few new tops for the littlest (I swear she has stained every.single.top that she owns at school!) and some potty training friendly bottoms. I was surprised the stores weren't a bit more busy.
 
I just got back from a week long girls camp, but I couldn't resist the tax free weekend and $10 jeans sale at TCP and Old Navy. We bought 12 pair!! Plus I had a 10% off coupon. Yip!
 
We had ours this past weekend too. Usually we don't even try to get out during it - it's so crazy - but John did on his own twice. He went and got all of Ryan's soccer stuff, and then he went Sunday at the same time most church's in our area are going on and did all the school supply shopping. He said it was the most peaceful trip to Wal-Mart that he has ever had. lol
