Summer Camps?

Kristin, I LOVE Camp Grandma!! Our kids do that each year, although their schedules are getting pretty tricky to work around anymore. This year they're doing one week with Grandpa. He is taking them to a few different places, but it's going to be a surprise. I don't even know where they're going yet!!

Unfortunately, my kiddos spend the entire summer with their father in California
I can't complain too much...I have them 10 months out of the year up here in British Columbia with me. I just wish that I got to spend some vacation time with them.

My kiddos sports schedules don't allow them to go to camp unfortunately. June and July are baseball tournament time and the height of the competitive swim season. They aren't free for camp until the end of July, and most of the camps are over at that point.

Brody started Steve & Kate's camp last week. So far he's sewn a sash, baked bread, made a stop-action animated movie, & tried out a giant inflatable waterslide. I never had anything that cool as a kid. He also has two weeks of Science & Art camp in July. He'll make ice cream & art from fruits & veggies. I can't wait. The little one is still protesting potty training, so just daycare for him.
