Store sorting

Im currently in Heather’s store and trying to sort from high to low and it’s not sorting like that at all, I’m not even sure it’s done any variation of sorting to be honest. All the other sorting options seem to be ok, does anyone have any ideas as to why it could be happening or how to get it to sort from high to low?

Adding to this, it seems like the entire sorting function in her store is wonky - Low to High seems to be fine but unsure on the rest to be honest

For me, her store is sorting one page at a time. I haven't compared it to others, so I don't know if that's the same.
What I did was told her store to "Show All" then sorted with the different options. That worked fine for me. Her store isn't too big, about 240 items, so it didn't kill my computer. Some stores are too big and "Show All" will slow it down immensely.
