I'm having problems with the store today, when I choose the byoc category nothing shows....a blank page only
And if you are on mobile, you have to scroll down. Everything is in a list down underneath the the buy more save more offer info
It is happening with other categories too eg Bella Gypsy isn't clicking through to me. Previously I could get the BYOC Jan 1st page but then other pages weren't loading, now I can't even get that to show.
It's working fine for me, Judy. Are you choosing the top category (BYOC - JAN)? And as Kristina said, you do have to scroll a bit. If you're not seeing it, I'd restart your browser and try again . Gotta love computers.
Yes I have played around with the show nr per page and at 15 I am getting them. However BYOC will not load page 2 but will load all other pages.
I am choosing BYOC JAN- it only gives me the front page , when I click on page 2 3 & 4 it only shows empty pages. Same when I try with clicking the arrow. Then I checked 3 times both in Firefix and in Safari: Bella Gypsy, Danyale, Forever Joy, Nancie R Janitz & Pink Reptile Designs, all same, empty page only header. just now I was able to get Bella Gypsy's. When I clicked on Li Li's page to get to Mirjam's store (PRD) same thing.... I just checked page of BYOC is showing for me but none of the others...
That is weird... everything is loading fine for me on Chrome. But seriously, I'm sure it will all be resolved soon. The New Year gremlins are apparently at work
LOL I found my way Judy: in the store page, write the name of the kit or designer you want. I typed Pink Reptile Designs... which was one of the stores not showing for me.... it brought up a bunch of pages, only I think even though it was on the Newest first...by first it means last page, I went to last page and the BYOC was there, I clicked ion the individual pack and showed a bit more work but , like Jen says, I'm sure it will all get done soon I noticed we also lost the tagging/keyword box in the posting LO editor...
I'm having the exact same problem. Page 2+ won't load regardless of number of show items selected. I tried firefox, safari & chrome and have the same problem on all 3 browsers.
@lmccandless I'm having a different problem in the store... when I go to checkout, my screen fades out and I cannot click on any fields to enter information. Can't even make a selection of how to pay.
@HavaDrPepper this screen just means that you have not filled out your account information. Please log into the store and go to the My account link. Then, click the blue Address Book tab. Fill in your address and any additional information in your profile. Then, you will be able to proceed with ordering by going back out to the store. When you get to the checkout screen, you'll see that the information will already be filled from your account details. This will clear up the gray screen you're having. Please let me know if you need any additional help.
