Is anyone else having trouble with the store? I’ve been trying for a few days and each time I open it up the pictures don’t load. There are descriptions of the products but no images, just a big white space where they should be. I use my phone and I’ve tried switching my WiFi off, trying it on data, nothing seems to be working. I just wondered if it’s just me.
@Jess Claire Creates I have not had any issues and can see products and images fine on both my Windows laptop and my iPhone. I wish I could help further. Generally, if my phone acts wacky, I usually turn it off completely and then restart it and that usually fixes the problem. I wish I could help you further.
I just went in the store too... no images were missing. Can you see them on your phone? Maybe clear all the cookies and a restart? I hope it figures out!
It's working for me too... sounds like time for a reboot maybe? Hopefully it's a simple fix... you gotta be able to see the pretty images!
Thank you all so much. I tried everything, refreshing, turning my phone off and on and deleting the cookies and finally it is back to normal. Hooray!!! Thank you so much for all your advice. Now I can shop again
