I like to wear fun socks when I have to wear them, but I prefer to be sock-less and shoe-less.

I've been fighting with munchkin, until his flip flops broke, because he was constantly wearing socks with them! Argh. It drove me nuts!

DD is much like me, she loves her sandals or flip flops and even as a baby hated socks (we chased after lost socks too many times!) And DS will wear socks all day long

I love how opposite your kids are!

I hate the feel of my bare feet on a floor.

DH is like this. He has slide sandals that he wears in the house - the tile floor and the carpet. He hates the feel of flooring.

We have hardwood floors that feel like ice anytime of the year,

Our tile is pretty cold most of the year. This morning I was told by a little person that the house was freezing (it was 69 F) because someone was barefoot on the tile.

Love it! And mismatched socks is the style now you know!

I go for pedicures and hates seeing the salon person use the cheese grater to shave off the callouses on other people.

This must be why I don't get pedicures...

Except tonight I have to get dressed up again and go to a work reception: major bummer.

That's why I take them off before I get into bed...can't have dirty socks in bed. Maybe I should squirt some cleaner on them when I scoot around then during the day...multi-tasking at its best!

i did buy these for DS as a bit of a joke (i was trying to qualify for free postage and he saw them on the screen and said he'd help clean the floor if he had those cool things - meanwhile, they've barely been out of the box but to show the inlaws the extent i'll go to to try to get the kids to help clean anything!)

i've been there, done that with socks today and now i'm back to thongs/flipflops (in my head all you US speakers wear snorkel type flippers around the house in summer when i type that although what you must think of me and my thongs....eye). So socks here must be the cushy soled, exercise type socks, they are really the only type i own (and not the sock-ette kind because they just end up getting eaten by my shoes) - geez, i sound like an old fuss-pot don't i?! when did that happen!?

No socks on my feet right now.... still too hot and presently only wear them for our walking group and exercise class. But once the weather cools down I will be wearing them all day and sometimes to bed at night if my feet are very cold.

I'm definitely wearing socks today because winter has returned to Michigan and I woke up to a blizzard. Ugh. So I'm wearing black socks and my grey shoes with fuzzy lining for warmth inside. When it finally does warm up and I won't wear socks until fall if I can help it, but when I'm at home my feet are always cold so I do wear my fuzzy wool socks around the house.

I WISH I didn't have socks on today! Mine are black, grey, and hot pink... but, speaking of socks... I'm excited to go get some new running shoes and SOCKS tonight! If you're not a runner, you may think I'm crazy... but, specific running socks are out of this world. Kinda pricey, but totally worth it! If you are a runner and have never had really good running socks, I urge you to take the plunge! Like I said... totally worth it!

I wear socks and shoes/slippers all the time. I hate being barefoot even in summer. During the summer I either wear my Dr Scholl's sandals or socks with Dr Scholl's athletic shoes. Now that I am retired I usually wear regular old white athletic ankle socks. Once in awhile if I have wearing more dressy clothes, I will dig out some of the socks I wore to work.

Yes, I do wear socks with my slippers because even though I have slippers on, my feet get cold. And, if my feet are cold, I am cold.

I don't like having cold feet more than I don't like socks so I wear them almost year-round. I am currently wearing Tacocat socks.

Yes of course I'm wearing socks. I'm basically always wearing socks, unless it's like 30 degrees celsius and I'm in slippers. And even though it's getting warmer, I still had to scrape the ice off my car this morning so...

I prefer barefoot, but unfortunately that's not an option in the winter. Most of the time I wear panty's or black/darkblue socks (depending on my outfit) but at work I always wear the most colorful happy socks; I have a small size so sometimes I buy little girl socks because they have glitters (I'm ashamed to admit this, lol!).

No socks. I have white socks for when I wear my tennis shoes or my snow boots and I have thick fuzzy socks for when I get new shoes. (I like to wear them around the house two or three times with those socks to break them in. Experience has taught me this works well for leather shoes!) When my feet get cold, I grab a blanket.

I used to wear socks every day, and as soon as I got home, I would take them off wherever I was, by rubbing my feet on the carpet. Then a friend at work told me she never wore socks, even with tennis shoes, and when I tried it, I really liked it! So no socks for me and I don't have (my own) socks to pick up off the floor anymore!

99% of the time I'm barefoot, but on the off chance I'm wearing socks they usually have some kind of fun print since I wear little girls socks!
