Slow Scrap Chat July 1st: Extraction

Vivi!!!!!!!! I was coming to post the Craft Artist video. but I see your extraction is perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I post it in the initial post... I actually learned some stuff even though I haven't watched it all, but I ll come back and explain you what I do later (Sarita 's day off and we NEED to clean this place!!!!!)

I love doing extractions and really appreciate the review of the refine edges feature in PSE 11. Here is mine. I kept the photo over the original which was reduced in opacity and changed to black and white. I used exactly 5 elements. Thanks so much Cynthia; so sorry I missed the chat.

 
@MrsPeel I did another just to try the new version and masking hair per the tutorial you posted.. Thanks Cynthia!

LOL I was going to say more or less same thing!!!!

@jesskab because of the dark circles you layered underneath the photo, is like the color on the carpet he is laying... same as Kristine, if you didn't mention it, I wouldn't notice and even when you mention, it doesn't look wrong to me!!!!!

i need to check out these video tuts too. i am loving all these pages ... i could use a few tips and a refresher on extractions! thx Cyn for all your hard work on this!
