We are chatting it up in the chat room, but I'll be posting the slow scrap instructions here, as well, so you have them all in one place, AND for those who may not have been able to make the chat, but still want to participate. Step one... 1. Use a lightly patterned paper or a solid paper as a background. Nothing too distracting. Step Two...Place 3-4 narrow strips of patterned paper (vertically)beneath a photo and place the strips and photo on the right side of the page. Duplicate the photo and layer it over the top of the other. Step 3... Use some paint and/or stamps around the strips/photo. Step 4... Use some arrows and at least five buttons to embellish. You can always add more embellishments, but this is a minimum. Step 5... Add journaling (if you want to tie into MOC 20... this would be the time to do it). Step 6... Add a date. That is always hard for me to remember, so I throw it in the challenge. You have 24 hours (until 1/21 8:00 pm PST) to complete the layout, upload to the gallery and link here.
hiya - just seeing this now - i think i have amental problem with step 2 - are we using 2 photos (the same photo twice?)
@loridigi You can post them in the gallery under the speed scrap category, unless you want to include it in a different one. Either way, please link to the image here so we can see and I am able to find it and count you in for the prize.
Hi Kimberlee, Thanks for the challenge. I can't wait to play! Can I just ask if its ok to tie in with any other MOC? I have already gone another way for MOC 20.
Great challenge! Here is mine which I'll also use for MOC (I know have 2 out of 20 LOs done..umm..yeah..I'm a bit behind thanks to work. )
