Sleep

Funny story about me. Even as a baby I would not go to sleep early. Mom documented it in my baby book that I would be wide awake at 11:30 at night.

So yeah, I've always been a night owl. I thrived when I worked 2nd shift (also saved a lot of money since I wasn't out running around every night).

I enjoy learning about people and how we are. I have always been the opposite…early to bed. I blame it on the sun…I for sure go to bed earlier in winter and later in summer.

I am a tad bit envious of the night owls. Sometimes it seems like more can be accomplished in the quieter hours of night, simple things like reading a book or creating layouts. My brain seriously shuts down though. And forcing myself to stay awake becomes physically uncomfortable.

How much sleep do you get a night? Usually about 6-8 hours
2. Do you remember your dreams? Not very often
3. Do you sleep on your back, side, stomach? side
4. What time do you go to bed? 1 am
5. Do you sleep soundly? No. I've been doing a sleep analysis on my smart watch and I don't get a lot of REM sleep, or sound sleep. I have quite a bit of light sleep. It doesn't seem to effect my energy lever during the day, though.
