My hubby and I celebrated 25 years of marriage this past week - on Oct 30th!

I can't believe it's been 25 years because I still feel younger than that.

Do y'all ever have those moments where you stop and go, WAIT? WHAAAA??????

Those photos are so beautiful!! And I think you have only gotten more beautiful over the years! Every year on my kids' birthdays I do the WAIT? WHAAAA???? Especially the oldest, because I have no idea how he is 27 when I am only 35 :giggle (at least in my mind). If I'd stayed married the first time, it would be 31 years. But I still think WTH, how have I been married 12 years one time and 14 years another with a few single years in there LOL
 
Congratulations - the photos are so lovely! Wow, 25 years! We are not quite at 20 yet.

I do think it all the time, as I am approaching the empty nest very, very quickly. I'm cleaning my house today and I've found myself stopping and saying this very thing to myself more than once today ... no idea how the time has flown by so quickly.
 
@IntenseMagic I'm still stunned that you have a 27 y/o . . . I mean I know you do, but you've never looked old enough to have children nearing 30! The years have been kind to you!

@jenn mccabe Daniel is 13, so we have about 4 1/2 years left before empty nest. And right now Olivia is back home finishing up her last semester and I don't know how long she'll stay with us after she gets her first job in her chosen career. So I'm guessing that while Daniel will go off to college, that he'll come back too! LOL It is a weird feeling the times that they are both gone, and I think, wow, it's so quiet!

@QuiltyMom Yes, I'm like, really was my hair ever that dark? LOL

Congratulations, may you have many more wonderful years together. Fantastic photos of the two of you and I agree, you are just getting more beautiful as the years go by.

My husband and I celebrated 22 years last summer and our kids are 17, 15, and 12 (as of this month; the younger two are November babies).

Totally get those moments you are referring to. I'm still wrapping my head around having a child who started high school this year.
 
Congratulations to you and Jay! Thank you for sharing those photos also. You were just beaming!

My daughter is studying for her driver's permit. I still can hardly believe that she'll be a licensed driver come July.
 
I love your anniversary page and all those wedding pics! I'm surprised your hair was ever that dark too! You are a beautiful couple and I'm so happy for you :)

Congratulations - I would love to hear the story of how you chose 10/30 as your wedding date.

My husband and I will have 40 years in 2019. It is so hard to believe that it will be that long.
 
I know, I was just saying to someone the other day, back when in high school....then I realised a) that I’m a) i’m 8 years older than the person I was talking to and b) that my high school days were over 13 years ago. I don’t feel or thank that I’m 31 til I see how long ago I graduated high school.

Congratulations!! Ours was last year.. Hope you celebrated this wonderful milestone in style!!! Here is to many many more happy years together!
