Ohio, USA My town where I grew up and still live is known for being the birthplace and hometown of the first man to walk on the moon, Neil Armstrong. Heck, we're still celebrating the 50th anniversary with random events going on in town.

I live in New Orleans, LA. USA We are known for Mardi Gras, Second Line, The Sugar Bowl, New Orleans Saints, Drinking, Crawfish and parades and partying. We have 4 seasons- Crawfish, Mardi Gras, Snowballs and Football. Born and raised in Charleston, SC, married a Navy man and moved all over the US- California (Monterey), Rhode Island (New Port), Florida (Jacksonville), Mississippi (Madison), Virginia(Virginia Beach) and settled in his home town.
I lived in Pittsburgh, PA my whole life until August, 2019. Now I live in sunny Sarasota, Florida, 7 miles from my favorite beach.
Almo, Kentucky USA - I can throw a rock at Murray, KY. We are in the Jackson Purchase are of KY northeast of Memphis if you look on the map. Murray has one of the best agricultural universities in the world - Murray State University - and its great basketball team. Go Racers! (Yeah, I work there and earned my Masters there. Love it!)
