iNSD is this week and that got me thinking that I need to make sure I've got some scrappin snacks for the weekend. I love to reach for cadbury mini eggs and peanut m&ms when I need something sweet while scrappin.

If I need something salty, I go for chips or crackers.

And of course, I keep my water bottle handy to stay hydrated. I might even slice up some apples this year for a healthy sweet treat. I've been lovin the envy apples from Sam's Club.

What are your go-to scrappin snacks?

Lol-right before this I was in the thread about being healthier. Must stay strong against the pull of delicious snacks! My scrapping go-to isn't food, but a hot drink I can sip while I scrap. Coffee and hot chocolate (made with unsweetened cocoa, stevia, and water) are my favorites.

For the most part, I don't eat WHILE I'm scrapping, BUT I do take breaks to have snacks for sure!

I still laugh about my hubby buying a whole bunch of not-very-nutritional food after I requested snacks for me and @LivyBug one year. I think both photos that I have are from DSD and not NSD, but we do usually have special treats and easy foods for those weekends because hubby knows I don't want to be bothered with cooking. Hubby did much better the second time around with more healthy foods!

I have carrots to stick, cucumbers to slice, apples to slice, ranch to make (homemade is so yummy!), and cheese to slice or dice. I'm leaning towards dice for the ease of munching. I'll also pop some popcorn. Those are my insd planned snacks. And the bag of M&M's hiding in my desk.

Normally, I try to avoid too much snacking and scrapping. But popcorn is my go-to for salty. And I plan on spending most of Saturday parked at the computer having fun, scrapping, shopping, and chatting!

This morning I remembered you sharing those pix from a few years back and that's what actually got me thinking about scrappin snacks. Jay's sooo good to you. My hubby doesn't like shopping, but he did say he would put some pulled pork on the smoker this weekend so I wouldn't have to worry about cooking for family and could scrap the weekend away! :wub

being healthy is hard... but, I've been trying and have actually lost 10-15 pounds over the past few months.

oooh I forgot about popcorn... yum! I usually don't snack while I'm scrappin either, but I do like some snacks when I do these scrappin weekends. I can't wait for the weekend to get here! :happydance2

I don't snack much while scrapping, but when I do I usually go for Hot Fries or Jelly Beans or Peanut Butter Pretzels (they are my weakness).

My snacks now days tend to be on the healthier side. I have never had a huge sweet tooth so will go for more savoury snacks with my fave being plain crackers with either pumpkin/sweet potato or beetroot hummus.

My favorite snack lately has been hummus, scooped up with various chips. I've also been enjoying some trail mix.

I don't snack while scrapping though. My hands are busy. I snack while watching videos. :D

This year, Jay's gotten used to us doing our grocery orders online and doing curbside pickup, so I don't think he'll be buying everything like before. Olivia @LivyBug and I have already started making our list based on the second photo and we'll probably do a grocery order for pickup Thursday. :)

OMG I love the Cadbury mini eggs and peanut m&m's too! I have a bunch of snacks from Trader Joe's at the moment. I have some dill pickle potato chips, various granola, kale chips, cheese crisps, guacamole & chips, Bamba peanut snacks, a variety of dark chocolate bars, strawberry milk (I've been craving this for some reason?!?), Tazo Zen tea, frozen fruit and a bunch of fresh strawberries that I plan on making strawberry shortcakes with so I have vanilla ice cream, pound cake and whipped cream too!

If you could see our pantry, you'd think I snacked a lot. I rarely do. We buy SO many goodies for the grandkids, though. They just stop in to eat. Haha I actually love lightly salted whole wheat saltines. They're just salted on top. If I get hungry, I eat a few of those. I don't eat much when I'm scrapping, because I'm messy and get crumbs in my laptop keys. (Crackers are messy, I'm not) :giggle:giggle

DH buys those little containers of cereal for the kids - they always eat them when they're here and usually take one or two home with them. He buys the variety packs. I did have one of them tonight while watching TV - Fruit Loops. They tasted pretty good.

I have my big water container filled all day and drink a lot of water.

Snacking is my downfall. I’ve an enormous sweet tooth and it can get me into huge trouble. Once I start on sweets it’s extremely hard for me to stop. I should be eating more veggie snacks but I hate all the chopping and slicing. Plus, they’re boring since I have to eat them plain. Sigh! I do need to eat extra salt (doctors orders - seriously!) so I eat plain potato chips or air popped popcorn with my lovely vegan butter (ick-but it’s better than dry!) topped with ... truffle salt! It’s amazing.

Drinks are either plain water, water with my electrolyte powder (yummy lemon!), herbal tea or my hot or cold cocoa made with coconut milk, cacao powder and stevia. Yum! Sometimes I’ll splurge on Starbucks pink guava passion fruit drink thingy. It’s soooo good!!

Just wine -- because too much work to clean off the fingers before touching the keyboard. Better for the diet too!

Although, I do love a good bowl of popcorn!

I forgot about dried mangoes. Tasty! They're also slathered in sugar. lol!
