So this semester I have 2 cooking classes on Tuesday. One is 11-5:10 and the other 5:30-10. Let me tell you, 11-10 is a long long day. Especially when the majority of it is in the kitchen. :dizzy

    15 weeks to go!

Oh boy... that is a long day! I hope it is a fun class that goes fast! I remember working 12 hour shifts when in college at a local hospital - I was dragging by the end of the day, but my second shift was in the ER, so it always moved fast.

YUM! What do you learn to make? or do?

Wow! That is a long day! I hope you get breaks in between sometimes! And... kinda a nice benefit that you get to eat during classes (at least I hope so!)
