Happy National Sandwich Day! I am a big fan of sandwiches!! From simple ones to big fancy ones! We had chicken/bacon/ranch sliders for dinner tonight, and pulled pork sandwiches are on the menu this week. Last night, I had a wonderful fried bologna sandwich. I would say that probably my favorite sandwich is a Reuben. Do you enjoy sandwiches? Do you have a favorite? Is a hot dog a sandwich? (I'm ignoring the time change topic because I hate it so much lol)
I hate the time change more in the spring; I always like an extra hour of sleep in the fall. Do you enjoy sandwiches? Yes. The better the bread the better the sandwich. Do you have a favorite? My favorite growing up was grilled cheese open-faced so the cheese got crispy. My go-to sandwiches now are pb&j or sun-dried tomato turkey, cheese, and mustard on homemade white bread (wheat would be better but my kids prefer white). Is a hot dog a sandwich? No way!
Do you enjoy sandwiches? I love a good sandwich. Do you have a favorite? This is tough - from the deli I like a chicken salad on ciabatta, at home a grilled cheese made with at least two types of cheese - yum! Is a hot dog a sandwich? NO!
there's a sandwich called a Reuben ? My son would find that funny. I'm not a sandwiches person, but will eat them for picnics.

Yep! A Reuben is on Rye bread with sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, thin sliced corned beef and swiss cheese. They are yummy! Is that your son's name? I don't think I knew that.

No, I don't consider subs/hoagies sandwiches either since they aren't on "sandwich" bread, LOL!!! ETA ... burgers aren't sandwiches either ... again on a bun, not a slice of sandwich bread. Hmmmm ... but BBQ sandwiches are on buns ... LOL!

Yummm I just did open faced grilled cheese the other day when it was just me for dinner . I like pb&j as well. Also pb and honey!
I do tend to eat them more in the warmer weather as wel. I love Firehouse subs and wish we had one closer!
Ooh egg salad is one of my very favorites and probably the one I do most often for lunches to take to work.
