    Hey guys!

I have been using the Paislee Press | Resize for Web action for the past couple of years and it always has opened a dialog box at the end to name the resized image and also allow me to adjust the size of the image to be 250 mb. Today, my PSCC updated and now the action doesn't open that dialog box anymore. Is this happening to anyone else? Any ideas on what I need to do to resize the image properly now?

I'd never used that action, but I was curious so I went and grabbed it. I tried a couple of the different size options and it worked fine for me. I am running PSCC 25.12.0 on Windows.

You might check and see if the box to the left of the export step of the action got unchecked. It should have the little dialog box icon in it and not be empty. (see image)

Hope you are able to figure it out Kelly! I use that action too, but I'm in OLD Photoshop, so I'm no help. Hopefully Kim's suggestion will fix it!

@KimJ Thanks for the analysis-- I tried again and that box next to Export IS checked, but now the action no longer opens the save dialog box at the end of the action. It is so strange!

Wow, that is definitely strange. So when you click on Save nothing happens? If you just manually Export, does that work? File > Export > Save for Web (Legacy)

Usually when PS is acting really bizarre I will just reboot my computer and keep my fingers crossed that it fixes whatever is going on. Half the time it does, and half the time I will realize afterwards that it was me. (And now I have Anti-Hero stuck in my head :giggle)

no I can save manually, and that is how I ended up adjusting the mb to 250, but it is not part of the way that the action works anymore and that was just really strange to me. I also redownloaded the action and re-installed it, just in case the action had corrupted somehow, but it is doing the same thing... I will try restarting my computer and Photoshop again.

That is odd Kelly @KayTeaPea .. I am not sure if mine updated this morning, but I am still able to use the actions. hope it fixes for you!

PS: My edition is PSCC 25.12 version.. it updated 19 days ago. I haven't anything more recent than that.

Ok, thanks @KimJ for the reminder to just restart my computer more often-- that seems to have worked! I am still unsure what exactly went wrong, but now the action is working fully through the save part and I have the option to adjust the megabytes again.
