for a few months every time I have bought something from the store, I get a mail similar to this a few days later. I have not opened them, but tried to check the sender , and it is not the same person This is the sender of the two latest, The rest I have deleted. ( these are deleted now too ) I tried to forward them without opening them , but could not. Also tried to use customer service ( the real one ) but it would not let me paste . This is just to make you aware, I know it is hard to do anything about it.
Thanks so much for letting us know Vivi, certainly looks a bit sus! Will tag Julie, Sara and Becca and see if they know anything about it. @mrs2a50 @Becca Bonneville @Sara
Thank you so much for the heads up on this! We will send this to Laura and our tech guy to see what is going on.
Quick question, when you click where it says The Lilypad Customer service does it show the lilypad email or another email?
I have not clicked on it,because I realized it was spam or a con ,as soon as I saw the bit.Ly in the name of the sender. And the first 6-7 mails all had that. I have right clicked on it to try and find out more, but I am not tec savey enough to work the whole thing out. However the aim of the Email seems to be to make you click on a link. Inside the mail itself. Sorry I deleted them all. I hate stuff like that sitting on my computer.
No worries. It is spoofing and not anything we can do about it, sadly. It is not coming from the Lilypad. Just keep deleting them if you get them in the future.
