Hi Laura, I renewed my M3 subscription (yesterday) and my account shows I have a M3 subscription but it is not active. Any time frame on when I can pick up the newest M3 kit?

Diane, I double-checked on your subscription and everything looks perfect. If it shows as "inactive" that is only because you made a lump sum payment and so recurring payments aren't active. Your subscription itself is available for use. Go ahead and check out with the kit and enjoy! :)
 
Hi! Laura, I put just the kit in my cart and it checked out at zero, so I'm good to go. Thanks for looking into it.
 
Thanks so much..... any words one can say about you will always be small to describe what I feel you are (I think we ALL feel that way)
I know in every problem I had in the store for the past year or so....you have come into my rescue and sorted things like with the magic wand touch..... thank you so much for all you do-
I think I'm all renewed.
I renewed to be payed from PayPal every month, but if things go according to plan I'll have money next month to pay lump sum...can I do that and change settings or better leave it as it is?

On a second thought.... is there a special discount for CTMs for the Memory Pockets Monthly?
The MoC got me interested.....!!!!
