Renewing my M3

Hey girls, no rush, but I wanted to renew my M3 subscription that finishes 17th of this month-
I see a link to subscribe or renew the other 2 subscriptions but my M3 in My Account doesn't have a renew link....
what should I do?
 
Looking into it, Cynthia.. We're fumbling around a bit without our fearless leader, but I'm sure we'll get it sorted for you one way or another.. ;)
 
My M3 doesn't have a renew link either, so I'm following along here!

(It also says I'm not a Storyteller subscriber though I am. Which is really weird because it's working fine. I see the proper discounts in my cart for Jaimee's products and everything. Totally non-urgent but I noticed it.)
 
me too - I already tried creating a new subscription but it told me I'm already subscribed... But its expiring.... oh no..

I just want to say a kind word about Laura. My M3 subscription was all messed up because of Paypal and she was a champion on my behalf, figured it out and came up with a great solution. I hope she is mending well.
 
I'll be tackling this for you ladies today. Thanks so much for being patient while I was out. I will get you sorted and ready for renewal asap!

Cynthia, you're all set to renew. You'll see the link your control panel now.

Lorry, your subscription expired today but PayPal won't update until midnight. You will be eligible to renew and see the link then. :)

I've also provisioned the Storyteller details into your account and you should see those after midnight as well.

Christa, you're another who will be able to renew after midnight. It's starting to feel like Cinderella around here. Everyone turns into a subscriber at midnight. LOL

When you are logged into the store, in the left column, under the search bar, click on "My Account". On the "Account Details" tab "Subscription Information" is right under "Personal Information."
 
I need to renew my m3 sub and am on three of the M3 contributors teams. I think the renewal price is not correct the way it is set for me.
