Rearranging? | Pad Patter Feb 7

We are about to go through a big room switcheroo. My son goes off to college in the fall. His room is in the basement. My daughter's room is on the second floor with our room. Clara decided to ask her brother on Friday, if she could have his room when he moved out.... and surprisingly, he said yes. So, she will move to his basement room... her old room will become his room/guest room. She is just going to use his furniture, so no big stuff moves floors. However, upstairs, everything moves (except the master). The king bed from our guest room, will go into Clara's old room to make Graham's new room/guest room. Her old furniture, will go to a bedroom that is currently used as an office/craft room. The bedroom that used to have the king bed in it, will become my new office/craft space. It's going to be chaos!!

LOL I am exhausted just bu reading you!!!!!
having said that, until 203, when my mobility really went crashing, what we did was re decorate. Painting, adding wall paper, changing shelving units, making DYI stuff, like shelving units or a dinning table for the kitchen...
these days I can't do much, but oh would I love to ? yes, change , moving things around I think is good, renews energy, is like having a fresh room... :)

As a kid- I remember my mom rearranging our furniture ALL the time! I would probably like to do it also- but we have a very odd shaped living room & there is really only one way for the couch to fit & still look nice! ;) As far as the other rooms, we have rearranged my daughter's a few times. It seems any time we get a new piece of furniture (desk for her was the last one) we have to move a few things around!
