    Hi Ladies.
I know i am way behind the times but I just don't get twitter. I've never gone on twitter and I really don't understand its purpose. Is this something I just must check out? Do you use twitter? What do you like about it? How does it work? What kind of TLP stuff is on there? Is it anything different from what I see in the forum? Thanks for your feedback.

I used to use twitter all of the time..but I haven't signed on in ages. I was really hesitant to add scrapbooking people to my facebook account..but it seems like everyone moved over there so I started adding designers and scrappy friends when they request to friend me.

I think of it as a Facebook wall with a wider reach. I follow a lot of media sites and celebs, in addition to friends. It can be fun!

I like Twitter because it reminds me of "the good old days" when Facebook was just status updates, and they had a character limit, and it was easy for me to see what all my friends were up to. Before it became what it is now with all the digital noise. I like that it's more like a big chat room full of random things, but I can have a one on one conversation with someone and if it catches someone else's eye they can join in, too. I just like the simplicity of Twitter. But I know a lot of people who are not fans of it! It's not for everyone. I like that the follow isn't reciprocal, too. So my crazy 20-something cousin can follow me and interact with me, but I don't have to follow her back and see her barrage of Saturday night drunk tweets. Our relationship is better off for it.
