Plans for this weekend

Hi everyone!

I hope you enjoyed the iNSD last weekend and had fun scrapbooking.
I really enjoyed sharing my sketch with you.

So, I wanted to know what your plans are for this weekend.
Are you going to be scrapbooking? Are you going out?

Personally, I’m going to be in the garden as I’ve got loads to do. Luckily, M is going to help me. We’ve drawn up our to-do list.
 
I am going to enjoy doing nothing tomorrow...at least no chores, I will probably get a page or two done, and I get to do the Gallery Standouts post. Sunday is Mother's Day here in the U.S., but I do not have any plans as two of my kids live far away, and the local one has been working mandatory overtime at the factory making all the non-dairy frozen desserts for So Delicious customers! LOL Even if he has Sunday free, he'll not want to leave his apartment. Which is fine, because I have to get ready to travel to Missouri on Monday.
 
Problably no scrapping for me. I usually don't do that on weekends anyways. My littlest is turning 8 tomorrow, so we will do a nice dinner and cake and some presents. Sunday, my aunt, mom, brother and his GF is coming over for a little celebration.
 
I'm helping my parents with their garden cutting last year's raspberry canes down and making room for new ones. Then I'll be working in my yard doing cleanup! It's finally so nice out!
 
I’m heading out in a bit to a neighboring town for a cribbage tournament. I’ll come home for an hour for a bite to eat and then head out to play mahjong with friends. Tomorrow I’m going to a big craft market and then Sunday and Monday we’ve got another tournament. Busy wkend for us.
 
My son is starting baseball, then has 2 birthday parties...like what mother agreed to have a birthday party on Mother's Day??
I am hoping to get out on the lake again this weekend in my kayak!
 
Everyone seems to be very busy this weekend. Mother’s Day is at the end of the month in France.
 
How does preparing all of my examples and stories for a potential high level $130k Senior Disability Advisor role at our national health organization sound - that's my plan so far. I applied on Thursday, got an email on Friday saying a hiring manager was looking at my application so fingers crossed. I want to be ready just incase

Tomorrow, I'm going pottery painting with my daughter for mothers' day and then hubby and I are going to a movie (the one about the sheep detectives :giggle)
Sunday, breakfast with the fam also for mothers' day
 
Mother's day is Sunday. So just hanging out with family and eating all the things. I've got a flan chilling for tomorrow dessert. First time making and so far looks and smells good. Hope it tastes good!
 
Yay for the weekend! I’m doing laundry and yard work tonight. Tomorrow I’ll be working out and cleaning the house, Sunday I’ll sleep in, go to church, then have my parents over for Mother’s Day dinner, dessert, and maybe a game or two.
 
I'm hoping to get my house cleaned up a bit in the morning and then we are headed to my grandson's 1st birthday party :)
After that, I hope to relax the rest of the weekend!

Hmmm...questionable choice on having a birthday party on Mother's Day. Silently judging.

The usual: hikes/walks each morning, preparing my meals for the week, reading, relaxing, watching my favorite weekend YouTube shows, seeing more of my family than I do during the week . . .
I'll be posting my 6th Chatty Pad question Saturday morning.
I'm thinking of doing some shopping. My oldest kid is turning 25 near the end of the month.
And maybe I'll do some scrapping.
 
My husband traveled to the other side of our state to help a friend build a deck, so it was just me and my boys at home all weekend. I ended up doing some thrift shopping on Saturday morning and then finished a fun flower sampler embroidery project I'd been working on over the last couple of weeks. Yesterday was church, then took my recent college grad shopping for some nice interview clothes. Then my youngest and I washed our cars in the sunshine. When my husband got home we went to visit some friends for a lovely fire outside and then he made me a yummy steak dinner last night.
