Pillows | Pad Patter Feb 13

Where do I begin....

I have a medium weight pillow that used to be ok on its own then when I was struggling with breathing when I had Covid I added a larger square cushion underneath my main pillow that was meant to be temporary......its still being used over three months later! I've also added a third cushion.....its more of a long tube type that initially was for my computer chair to help my back but I also use it at night behind me to stop me rolling on to my back and getting stuck (if I end up on my back there is a high chance due to having sleep apnea that I will temporarily stop breathing for a moment or two so I'd rather reduce that risk if at all possible)

I like my pillows soft and my hubby likes them firm but we have soft, medium and firm all over the house. I also like to have at least one cooling pillow when I go to sleep. We have a huge variety of pillows though - I bought SO many when I had a recent big surgery. I used pillows to try to keep me propped up a certain way while healing. I even got a couple of those those long U or C shaped pregnancy pillows which I still use because I like to have a pillow between my legs sometimes. Oh, and everyone in my house is guilty of loving the GIANT squishmallow pillows...even the dog! :giggle
