PayPal Checkout Issue

Heads up, friends — it appears PayPal has decided today was a great day to create chaos.

We’re currently seeing an issue where sale pricing and/or gift cards are displaying correctly in the cart, but PayPal may revert items back to full price once redirected to checkout. At the moment, this appears to be isolated to PayPal specifically.

If you would still like to complete your purchase, we strongly recommend using the regular credit/debit card checkout option through Stripe, as those transactions appear to be processing correctly.

We’re actively digging into the issue behind the scenes and appreciate your patience while we convince PayPal to cooperate again.

I placed and completed an order yesterday (Wednesday, 05/20), not knowing about PayPal issue. Sure enough, invoice showed sale prices, received e-mail from PayPal that I was being charged regular prices.

My Question: What do I need to do? Wait, Contact PayPal, send you copies? Thanks for your help!!

I think I saw a ticket from you. I’ve been working through them just haven’t had time to respond to the tickets as I’m also part of tech support with the developer.

I just checked my emails after seeing this, and I have the same thing. I thought gremlins only played on Mondays! :giggle
