What time do you get up in the morning?

What time would you, if you got to pick?

I'm generally an early riser - no later than 7. I could have done without the 5:20 puppy wake up call, though. Good thing she's cute.

During school, I'm up at 6:45 with the kids.

Saturdays I'm usually up at 6 to go run.

I'm somewhat of an early riser only because my youngest child is... and he insists on waking me up when he gets up. I'm typically up by 7-7:30 every morning. It's becoming a habit with me, though... even when my husband gets up with him so I can sleep in, I usually wind up getting up by 8:00. School starts tomorrow morning, so I'll have to start getting up around 6:30 or so in order to get lunches packed and breakfast made.

If I had my absolute choice I would be up around 7am, maybe 7:15.

My DH thinks this is late??? lol He is typically up between 5:30-6:30 to run the treadmill. And my college roommate gets up around 4:30 most days to run (and often did when we lived together). So by those standards I guess 7 is late.

However, my kids are usually up between 6-6:30 (they are trained to go straight to Dad! ;) ), so during swim or school I am up between 6:30-7am.

My husband is up at 5:15 am and leaves the house before 7 for work. My daughters leave by 7:15. So I'm up by 5:30 (usually after my DH gets out of the shower I start to move around) so I can spend some time with them before I leave for the day. I don't have to be at work until 8:45 but most days I leave the house around 8. Sleeping late for me is anything past 6:30.

Most summer days and days off I sleep until at least 8. Mondays my alarm goes off at 5:45 (I have a 7:15 meeting every Monday) and Tuesday thru Friday I am up at 6.

During the week, I'm typically up no later than 5, sometimes as early as 4:30. The dogs eat at 5:45, and Roxy usually wants out between 4:30 and 5, so I just stay up once get up for her. That 30-60 minutes is my time to actually wake up, check email, watch the news and have my coffee before I start getting ready for work. Weekends I usually go back to bed after I let the dogs out, but we're still up for breakfast by 5:45! I've actually gotten used to it, and most of the time I like that we're up and moving and getting things done early.

During school, I am usually up at 5:15 in order to have some time to wake up before the boys get up around 6:15, then we are out the door around 7:15. Weekends, I love to sleep in, but that usually is just around 7:30-8:00.

I'm usually up at around 7:00 (unless our obnoxious cats wake me up earlier...they get fed everyday at 8am I don't know why the sit there meowing at 6:00...drives me batty). I wake DD up at 8:00 on weekdays if she's not already awake, but let her sleep in later if it's not a school day (she has a tendency to stay up late reading..wonder where she got that from..lol). DH has to be at work at 5:30 or 6:30 depending on what's going on at work so he's out the door before I even get out of bed. On the weekends, however, it's rare that I see him out of bed before 11:00 am unless we have something planned.

My son is my alarm clock. He wakes up super early, sometimes before six. Otherwise I would stay until seven.

At this point, I hit the snooze button at 7 and sleep until about 7:20. The dog is the best alarm clock in the world. On weekends, I don't get up until about 9 or a little after. It was so nice after the kids were able to get up on their own because I've never been a real morning person. I changed my workday to 8:30 to 5:30 a couple of years back and that makes it nicer.

On school days (work days) I try to be up around 5:30. Weekends I get to sleep in until my toddler comes into my room, usually around 6-7. 7:30 is late for me. Pre-kid, I used to get up around 8.

If I had my way, I'd get up no earlier than 9 but to save my marriage I've been getting up between 6:30-7.

Is their a time before 7am?? No, no, no - as late as possible - we're rarely in bed before midnight and my DH gets up at 7ish for work and I get up at 8. All our kids have never been early risers and school for our youngest is only 5 minutes away and I am a SAHM so I'm lucky I can do all housework after all the kids have left the house. Weekends we lounge around forever if possible ;)

I would get up around 7 everyday if I had my choice but one of two things usually happen: 1- my hubby's alarm goes off early (5:30) and I always try to get up w/ him and make breakfast for us before he goes out the door because he's a farmer and I hardly see him this time of year otherwise. 2-like today, one of the aspects of my chronic illness is insomnia and I woke up at 3am and couldn't get back to sleep. I finally got a nap this morning but it wasn't until 8:30 or 9 that my body would calm down and let me sleep again.

7 would be heaven (hey, I made a rhyme, LOL). I'm up by about 6 as during the week, we are out the door by 7:20am. On weekends, I try to sleep in, but that's about 6:30-7ish. If only I went to bed at a decent hour this would be OK, LOL. As it is, I live on minimum sleep. All the time.

6 am for me. Get everything ready for school and the kids get into the bus at 8:10.
If it were up to me I would stay in till 8! I am not a morning person and the last one to go to bed.

Just got back from kickboxing class ..... and could do with a bit of sleep ;-) but need to get ready for room parents meetings + need to work

I hate mornings. Anything earlier than 8 and I am super ornery! As a SAHM I usually don't have anywhere to be first thing in the morning. My kids need to be out the door at 8:15, but they walk to school, so I usually roll out of bed between 7:30 and 8 to make sure they're ready, then get myself ready after they leave.

First one to go to bed here :) have been an early riser all my life - but funnily enough, ever since I had DS... I am getting up later and later :) he has slept through the night for like 5% of his 20 month life :) that makes for a very sleepy mom! :)

when I am going to uni I am up at 6am however any other day I don't wake up til at least 8am

Now that school is back in I get up with the youngest at 7am. My hubby gets my oldest son up ay 6:35am. On the weekends, I try to sleep in to 9am if I can. That just depends on my youngest son. He is the one that gets up the earliest. However, I have to say my hubby is good about letting me sleep in on the weekend if I want to. I have no complaints there really. We take turns. I have really bad migraines and lack of sleep is something that will cause them to get worse so, if I haven't slept well he will let me get a little more sleep. :) Most mornings though I get up with my kiddos. That is usually between 8:30am and 9am on the weekends and then, 7am Mon-Fri with the youngest.
