Do I ask this dinner question too often? I swear I AM OUT OF IDEAS.

I don't even do the cooking and still I can't come up with dinner plans. My kids eat stupid. :giggle

I worked a bit late so I was off the hook for cooking. Sadly, we decided to have milkshakes for dinner. LOL! Peanut butter & banana for me. YUM! Then felt WAY GUILTY!!!!

We had a parent information night at our school last night, so I didn't get home until after 6:00 and was already too hungry to make much. thankfully I had some black bean burgers already made up and in the freezer. All I had to do was plop them in the pan for a few minutes on each side and dinner was ready. Yummy! :) My boys won't eat them though so they had leftovers. Too bad for them! :)

(I don't even make the chipotle sauce)

Crazy day yesterday luckily I had the huge bag of chicken nuggets from Sam's in freezer..haha bag of. Tatter tots and to complete the golden coloured meal......canned peaches....loved by children everywhere.

We grilled out... in the rain. I grilled up some hamburgers and then threw some frozen fries on a pan and put them on the grill to cook, too. My kids don't like hamburgers much, so they had hot dogs.

I was feeling super lazy so I made turkey burgers. The kids had sweet potato tots with theirs and I just had a patty topped with some Queso Fresco, an Avocado and Sriracha.

I made veggie tostados from thefresh20.com. I requested the sample meal plans last week and will be subscribing to their meal plans. So good. The tostados were black beans, avocado spread, steamed zucchini and mushrooms, lettuce (mixed with parsley and lime juice), and cheese. I would make it again tonight for dinner if we had the stuff...and actually I'm planning on making a quesadilla for my lunch today using the leftover cheese and steamed veggies.

Yesterday I just heated up some frikadeller, because DH was sick and we were both too tired to make something better. Tonight, we'll have what I *had* planned for yesterday, which is a marinated pork tenderloin.

I made sour cream chicken enchiladas and my family went nuts. Well, all except for the baby, but he is so picky. They said that they were restaurant quality. I will take that any day. It was all from scratch so, they better have said something nice...lol. It was easy and didn't take long. It smelled divine. Too bad I haven't been feeling well. Here is the recipe.

I made a big batch of spaghetti sauce and served it with pasta for my hubs and shredded spaghetti squash for me. Then I froze 3 bags for future meals. If I was thinking straight, I should have cooked even more to bag at least double that amount. I like to bulk cook, it saves a lot of time for future meals.

My son just got home from being gone all summer. We are eating what he wants, so last night was hamburgers at Five Guys. Not sure what tonight will bring.

Chicken Pot Pie :). And I had enough left over that it's gonna be lunch today as well!
