What do you eat?

I'm in a rut of yogurt+granola or a protein shake. Sometimes, if I'm feeling spunky I might scramble a couple eggs with spinach or make some oatmeal, but mostly it's those 2.

How about you?

On the go, I love Luna protein or soft fiber bars. Or Greek yogurt (plain with a teaspoon of cherry almond jam mixed in) . Yum! At home, I make egg muffins with lite cheese and veggies like bell peppers and spinach.

between food allergies, picky eaters, and meat & potatoes man, breakfast is mostly cereal (raisin bran, choc. mini wheats, or lucky charms) during the week and bacon & eggs on the weekend. i try to keep yogurt on hand and i have great goals of getting my bags of smoothie ingredients together, but i had lucky charms with almond milk this morning ;) school starts here on thursday, so i had better get it in gear!

Usually oatmeal with frozen strawberries and always two big cups of coffee.

We are stuck with just having cereal everyday!! So will be watching this thread closely!

usually one of:
spinach and cream cheese omelet
eggs and bacon
avocado, cottage cheese, and bacon

I pretty much have cereal and a fiber bar every day. I don't have enough brain power before breakfast to actually make any decisions. :p

We don't do big breakfast at all. I usually have a banana and the kids eat a bowl of cereal. Saturdays are pancake days and in the winter I will occasionally fix oatmeal or bake muffins.

Cereal or oatmeal but lately we've been on a waffle kick. I've had chocolate chip, fresh strawberry, blueberry, and peach waffles. Mom gave us a new waffle maker. Fun stuff!

because I need to be up and out the door in 40 mins including shower it is just cereal

Currently, a mug of coffee, a bagel with hummus or cream cheese with chives. Sometimes two frozen waffles with maple syrup. Before I lost my ambition this summer, I was regularly making a bagel, egg, avocado and cheese sandwich. Sometimes I'll forget to make either the food or the coffee. Can't explain that.

Meh, it usually depends. I am not a morning person, so in the weekends I tend to wait before I eat anything, usually around lunch time. I do have my coffee though ;) During weekdays I usually grab a piece of toast or something. In the ideal world, I'd have some fruits/melon etc in the mornings, but I am always so tired and cranky I don't bother to spend that much time in the kitchen :p
