Do you sleep enough? I am not sleeping enough, but when I try to go earlier to bed I just toss and toss. Do you take/eat or do something before going to bed?
 
when i know i need to sleep, i take a tylenol pm at 7. it will guarantee i fall asleep by 9. however, having a puppy that wakes up at 4am for a potty break and having to get up multiple times a night to pee - means my sleep is never very restful.
 
I think mine evens out over the course of the week usually, a couple of later nights a couple of earlier and then sleep in on weekends. My problem is going to bed early enough on Sunday night so that Monday morning is ok.
 
I've been sleeping horribly and I think it is diet related. Prior to vacation I was eating well, and sleeping pretty well (at least for me). Since I've been home, I've been eating badly because I got into bad habits on vaca. My sleep has been terrible, so I'm going to see if going back to my good eating habits helps.
 
Jenn, I agree diet has a big impact on sleep. I have been eating pretty good, I think I may not be drinking enough water I wonder if that can cause it.

Stacy, Monday is the worse for me. I just want to keep sleeping!

Rachel, How big is the puppy now? Yep, puppies and babies will mess up your sleep.
 
No, I don't sleep enough. It feels like such a 'waste' when there are so many other things I could be doing!
 
My sleep is never enough as Im up at 5.30am and at the moment not getting asleep til late.
 
Right now I get GREAT sleep! In a week I won't be getting enough again. During the school year I am so stressed I can't get to sleep, and then the alarm goes off at 5:45 and I wake up sooooo tired.
 
I think I get almost enough sleep. Thankfully going to sleep has never been a problem for me, but I do always read in bed. Sometimes if I'm reading a really good book, I'll end up staying up too late, but mostly reading helps me relax and I'm asleep in a few minutes. :)
 
I sleep about 9-10 hours and it isn't enough, but I'm not sure why. I have sleep apnea, but it is corrected with a machine, so they can't figure out why I'm still so tired. I watch Law & Order: Criminal Intent to get me to sleep. I've seen every episode so many times, it is soothing (almost like meditation) and makes my monkey mind stop. :)
