Pad Patter 5/6 Getting Back into Exercise

way to go for getting up and going Anne. I love going 5 - 6 times a week, but sometimes I push myself a little too hard and don't listen to my body, and end up like I am now with a herniated disc in my lower back. :thumbsdowns

I'll be back at my 6 am class as soon as I can though!! I need it!
 
Anne I am no help to you .... have you not seen my name tag from the naming fairy? She nailed it ..... reading all the way baby :D
 
Ok so I'm sitting on a sofa at the gym waiting for my induction to start!

Anyone else hate it when appointments don't start on time?

Feeling good about my gym induction today! The guy who went through everything with me really listened to my concerns about not over doing it and causing a flare up of my fibromyalgia, or for my joints to flare up with my arthritis! He has created an exercise plan for me that is just 30mins long, split between 4 machines at a gentle pace! I'm planning on going a minimum of twice a week and a maximum of 3 times with rest days in between! The sessions will be supervised so that if I have any trouble of concerns there is someone there to talk to and I'll have a review in 6 weeks with the gym guy to see how it's working for me! Roll on Monday!!! I was nervous now I'm excited! xx I know it doesn't seem a lot to most people but for me and my chronic pain and illnesses it's a mountain to climb! xx
 
all you ladies are making me feel guilty… I gotta start running again...
 
It is coming into winter here soon and I know if I dont start something soon I wont until the weather gets warmer.

I need to exercise more. I've lost 22 lbs. since last April and would like to lose a little more but I seem to be stuck. I have a Fitbit and need to be a little more consistent in getting my steps in even if I am not able to exercise.
 
Did my first session at the gym today and it felt ...... GOOD!

Rest day tomorrow and back again on Wednesday!

Aiming for Monday,Wednesday and Friday each week

I was dying doing 2 last week!
 
Way to go, Anne!! That's awesome! :) I lost 2.6 lbs last week with the three days of BBM I did.. Major back pain and a huge to-do list kept me away the later half of the week, but I'm ready to get back on track this week!
