I rarely GET stressed. I don't know if I'm just super chill, or if it's because I run. Probably a combination of the two.

What do you do if you get all frazzled?

Hmmm... I'm not one to get stressed very often either. Funny enough, I usually rage clean when I get stressed. I kinda wish I got stressed more often! LOL! :)

If I get SUPER stressed, I play the piano. I realize that sounds odd, but it helps me refocus. When I moved out of my parents house, my piano stayed there (I didn't have room for it in my tiny house), but when I came over and started playing on the piano, they always knew something was up.

A lot of the time, creativity kills my stress. Like... this:

But, I don't often post that kinda layout for everyone to see! :D

i wish i could say i was so chill that i rarely get stressed. i tend to start to clean (running the vacuum is great, bc it's loud and blocks out everyone and everything) or I just go read a book to "get away".

I get stressed fairly often (mostly work) and I tend to just internalize it and plug away. Sometimes I call a co-worker and vent for a few minutes, but for the most part it just festers until I blow up at someone. Most people at work have figured out my stressed look at stay clear :) But that is actually a big help, because my stress is usually caused by being super busy, so if I can just stay away from people and check some boxes off my to do list, it all takes care of itself.

Now, at home I just snuggle with a certain dog and everything pretty much melts into the background :)

I get stressed really easily!!! and migraine will be next!!

I close eyes, breathe slowly … get myself centered by focusing on my breathing!! OR I WILL BE HAVING LOTS OF CHOCOLATES!!

I used to throw up! Seriously, but that is so exhausting! I make myself sit and pray now. Or pace and pray...sometimes, I pace, and pray rather loudly! lol I cry and pray...
a dear man I admire has this saying you can stress or worry and die, or you can laugh and still die (cause we are all gonna die) eventually I try and remember this and realize, stressing or worrying isn't going to help the situation one bit...it just takes me a bit to remember! hence the praying!

I will clean or eat. Based on the status of my closet and looking in the mirror...it's probably more of the latter than the former. ;-)

I stress over everything! No wonder one of my BFFs said I was 'high-strung'! This is one of the things that I have had to really work on lately. I would stress over making a phone call! I was never like this until a couple of years ago and it gradually got worse but over the past few months I've learned a few ways to calm myself and just let things happen on their own.

Depends on what I'm stressed about.. Usually I'll clean - having less clutter and junk in my way visually lets me focus better mentally.. Other times I lock myself away in my room for some quiet time.. Again - less noise and crap to deal with helps me keep on track and make a plan.. As I've gotten older I've become crankier about over-stimulation with all kinds of other "stuff" in my way.. It used to be that I always had music playing, and now I'm like, "Turn that noise off, yo!" lol...

Read - get lost in a book. Walk/exercise. Pray. Unplug from phone/computer/etc. Organizing binge. And of course, chocolate!

I used to be the type who rarely got stressed but since my adult DD chose to get into a bad relationship, tons of drama and was abused, had 3 babies in 3 yrs, and now lives with us (and all her kids too) and our own little boy was diagnosed with autism its been non stop stress! Hubby and I and both on high BP meds now (he's on two types) How we deal is getting out and walking, making little gardens, watching classic TV shows up in our room (with the door shut to block all the noise) I scrapbook or read whole books in one sitting! He watches sport events. We will swim this summer as a stress reducer too. Just getting out and away from it makes it better. Our little guy is also stressed as well, so we take him along too! The best stress reducer would be they get their own place! LOL

I usually stress at work. Gah. I'm not going there. So, I guess I ignore it. LOL! If it is something that someone didn't do, and I can't continue, I do the work. If not, I move on. Just keep swimming per se.

At home, I don't get stressed too often. Randomly, if it's bad, I cry and go lay down. Otherwise, play a game, futz on the internets, read a book, watch a movie, or scrap.

I usually get stressed out at work. Lately, I've been taking walks outside since it's been so nice out. It beats crying in the bathroom, which is my usually alternative!

I've had a ton of stress in the past couple years. I used to scrap it out, and now I'm back to that. But when I didn't have a laptop and I was stressed, I would clean. I eat chocolate, or we would go fishing,

When I was running, I definitely was less stressed.

Now, I drink wine while playing video games. Killing internet dragons is cathartic.
