At movies/TV shows/Commercials? :giggle

I went to see the movie Mom's Night Out yesterday with my mom, GM and daughter and I highly recommend it! It was LOL funny and totally clean (rare combination).

Anyway, I cried THREE different times. DURING THE PREVIEWS. Lord, help me. And I cried all the way through the movie, although mostly from laughter. I must have really needed that cry. I left the theater a total mess, hehe.

I've always been a sucker for sweet stuff, though, and have been known to cry at commercials before (remember the OLD Coke or McDonald's ads *hangs my head in shame*)

Anyway, do you tear up at fiction? Or am I the only weirdo in the bunch...

I cry all.the.time.

I have always been an emotional person. But idk if it's stress or age, but I cry all the time lately. Not like emotional overbearing crying, but tears just roll down my face. It's annoying to not be able to turn it off when I want to though.

I usually take more than a commercial, but it definitely happens. I saw The Fault in Our Stars last week and there was much sobbing. When I was pregnant with my first, I cried at pretty much anything remotely related to babies or mothers. Yay, hormones! I even cried while listening to "Bohemian Rhapsody" when he sings "mamaaaaa, ooooooooo!" I'm normally not quite that sensitive, though. ;)

LOL re: the song tears, hehe. BTW, love your new fun siggie, Lorry.

Oh, and men just hate when we cry for no good reason :giggle . At least mine does.

He used to "worry" and now he'll just look at me out of the corner of his eye and smile. After almost 12 years, he usually knows if it's a hug cry or a laugh along with me cry.

I'm another cryer! LOL Depending on the day it can only be a sappy commercial but it usually requires a little more than that. :)

Yup - Folger's commercials are the worst . . . the old phone company commercials . . . anything to do with military. Not that often in movies though, go figure!

OMG...I am so glad I'm not the only cryer around here. Anything to do with people being reunited, the underdog coming out on top or loss of someone gets me every time. I've seen Armageddon 1,000 times...yet I cry at the end every.single.time. This is my silent shame. ;-)

I am a basket case when it comes to emotions. Especially at the moment. Watching the trailer to Mom's Night Out had me in tears.
I cry often while watching Parenthood. When DH sees the previews he will joke that we should get the tissues ready for the next episode.

It's bad.

I can cry at just about anything! Books, movies, photos, songs, something my daughters or grandkids say. I cry when singing the Star Spangled Banner- almost every single time!

I am not much of a crier except maybe during a certain time of the month. LOL But I am definitely getting more emotional as I get older. Like Thursday night at my kids band/choir concert... they sang a totally adorable song about David and Goliath and I knew how hard they'd been working on it and how proud they were for me to finally get to hear the whole thing and I was so proud that I got teary when they finished. :) Books and movies will get to me if they are super sad and then I get all embarrassed and try to hide that I'm crying (eyeroll) :)

ETA: Here's the link to the cute song my boys sang. :)

Those kids are singing so well - I bet you were proud!! :)

Oh yes! Happens all the time! I've even teared up over a newspaper article about a baseball team that had kids on it that my son used to play with. ARGH! Embarrassing!

Dude - I'm a total crier.. and DH always makes fun of me.. Usually I can hide it pretty well, although I'm not sure why I try - I'm pretty sure I'm not fooling anyone.. ;)

Usually not too much of a crier, except for about one day a month and any military reunions, and the publix thanksgiving commercials ;). But, every once in a while stress builds up until I either blow a gasket or spring a leak! Love love loved Moms Night Out - and laughed until I was bawling! It was awesome!
