Pad Patter 4/10: I wish I knew how...

Ditto.. love that.. even be able to see the future... Lorry did you ever see Quantum Leap with Scott Bakula? I loved that show and it was all about Time travel!!

I LOVED QUANTUM LEAP! I should find it and watch it all again!

If we're talking only, like, non-supernatural things, I guess I'd pick "find a job I want to do and also pays me money."

Hmm... I'm pretty good and learning crafty stuff, so when I think I want to know how to knit, I'll figure it out, etc. One thing that I REALLY wish I could do is speak a foreign language (or two or three). I'd really love to learn to speak French, Italian and Spanish. I took French for two years in high school and a semester of German in college and my brain just doesn't seem to be receptive to it. I think I would have to be immersed in a country with no other english speaking people to force myself to learn.

soooo many things! LOL!

sewing
knitting/crocket
tennis
golf
sailing
use manual mode on my camera (!)
sing
improve my spanish (when i moved to france and learned french, my spanish ability disappeared!)

There are so many things on this list.

drawing and doodling are what I am working on now.
DIY - I really want to be able to upcycle some pieces of furniture I am just too scared to make a mess of it.
cooking - I want to be more comfortable in the kitchen
manual mode on the camera

Honestly, I wish I could do it all. Anything that needs fixed, cooked, sewn, built... you get the picture. That would be my superpower.

I wish I knew how to:

have you got Skype?
Got at least one hour a week?
I'll teach you.

I'm not sure I qualify to teach Italian, Kim, but at least we could get somewhere with me practising .....

I can teach Portuguese & Spanish, which if you have a good base in English, any pf those will get you closer to Italian...

as to what I would love to.... the time travel/teleport thing is appealing as I have ALWAYS fantasized...but not sure on the Quantum :eap way...he couldn't choose where to go, I rather a Star Trek, beam me up Scotty thing?

on a more down to earth (dont laugh) I would love to learn to drive an aeroplane.....

I wish I knew how to play guitar, and paint - artistically speaking, not like the rooms in the house. I guess, technically speaking, I know how to paint, I'm just not very good at it!
