Do you have other crafty hobbies besides scrapping?

I like to quilt/sew, cross stitch, and knit, but I don't seem to have the attention span for them. A layout I can be done with in a couple hours. Any project that has a longer completion rate than that just doesn't keep me engaged. :waiting

I enjoy card making, but that kind of ties into scrapping. I just learned how to crochet, and really love that. And DIY projects (a la pinterest). Anything that keeps my hands busy is a crafty thing I enjoy.

I like to quilt, although I haven't made much time for it recently!

I love crocheting & knitting, although I haven't sat down to do anything for a long time (note to self: START something & finish it!). I also just realized I enjoy redoing furniture~ as in taking something old and making it pretty (painting and distressing).

Nope, not me. I really can't seem to find my creative side although I have tons of ideas. Would love to learn to crochet.

I am not a crafter... like at all! The best craft I can come up with for my kids is usually something I printed off the internet...

I used to crochet, but it really bothers my wrists so I haven't done it in years. Not sure if it counts, but the only other "crafty" thing I do is cook!

I've been cross stitching since I was in elementary school, knitting for about 7 years now (still very basic projects though) and am learning to crochet. DD and I have talked about trying to take cake decorating classes together which is kind of crafty. I've also spent a fair amount of time building/refinishing furniture but that was a while back. If I had space/tools I'd love to build some of the stuff on Ana White's website.

I'm kind of the same as you Angie - I like to crochet, but I can't ever finish anything. I do sew though and make soap. Soap is fun - an hour or 2 and I have a huge batch of fresh soap ready to cure. When I'm sewing I make clothes for my kids, purses, wallets, and the occasional blanket, though I don't quilt, again because of the time factor. I do like to make rag quilts though. OH and of course photography. That is my massive obsession that really goes hand in hand with digi.

I knit and crochet, although I am a much better knitter. I love to do DIY craft projects too.

I can't sew but I am determined to learn how this year!

As a kid I would do just about any craft kit I could get my hands on. I was especially prolific with a tube knitter thing, all those loopy woven potholders, and I had entire shelf full of these dolls that the bodies were big hoop-skirt shaped styrofoam forms that you would cover with sequins pinned into it. Then for years I was really into cross stitching, but I got away from it when the kids came along. So these days scrapping/designing is pretty much it.

I had the potholder loom as a kid and I used to latch hook and make friendship bracelets back then, too. Aside from digiscrapping, I like to decorate frames and ornaments to give as gifts. I get wooden frames or pieces from the craft store and paint and decorate them with scrapping supplies. It has become a good use for all the paper supplies I've started hoarding! I also just did some button art shadow boxes that I think turned out pretty cute!

And this is sad, but I like to buy kiddie sewing projects - like this American Girl owl - to make. I give the big ones to my nieces and keep the little ones for myself! LOL!

I cross stitch, make cards, sew, make soap, knit & crochet, draw... some of these I haven't done in a few years... but my craft room is still quite stocked-up, LOL. I love my hobbies.

I love all things crafty. I would love to know how to knit/crochet, but I haven't really sat down and tried for an extended period of time. :p I do some mixed media painting/collage and am taking a chandelier class by Sally Jean (soldering and found objects) that is pretty cool (even though I haven't started mine yet). I am headed to Teesha Moore's last Artfest at the end of March and am really excited about that. I am taking three really cool classes there. I've done sculpting, sewing, altered books, jewelry, cake decorating, and other dabbling in artsy/craftsy endeavors and am always looking for something new to learn. But at least digi scrapping doesn't make a mess. :D

I am like Christine and have a craft room stocked with tons of items for all different kinds of crafts.

I love being crafty!! :) My favorite thing is to build stuff out of wood, or refinish wood and make it into something new and beautiful! I also love to sew...plushies for my kids, clothes for them, drapes, basically anything! If I could be crafty 24/7 I would! :)

I love to sew. Well...usually I love to sew. Right now, my sewing machine is mad at me because I haven't taken her out except to sew some pockets on page protectors. LOL! When I'm in the mood, I like to sew clothes for myself. I also like to quilt but it's been a long time since I've done that. I can crochet. But again, I just haven't felt moved to do that in several years. And back in my single-girl days, I loved to cross stitch. But, I'd have to say it's usally a toss-up between scrapbooking and sewing.

I make candles & soaps, crochet, sew, make jewelry (i taught myself how to solder & stamp metal)I can also cross stitch and embroider, linoleum carving, leather stamping, pottery...pretty much anything DIY or Crafty...I even know how to spin my own yarn, it's just been years since I have done it.
