Best Friends For-Evah!!!

Do you have a best friend or a group of friends that you get together with?

I don't really have one particular person that I would call my BFF but I do have a group of women that are absolutely awesome. I love my girls and we always have a great time when we're together. I can tell them anything and they are there for me just to lend an ear, go out to dinner, or just get together!

I definitely feel that as I got older I have made some truly wonderful friendships that will last for-evah!

I have a few aquiantances, mostly mums from school that I have coffee with and chat with in the playground. Two of them I would call really good friends and we go to each others houses for dinner or wine and look after each others children, sometimes do things together on weekends. Then I have my bff from school, who lives interstate. We try to catch up a few times a year, in fact she just came up this weekend to see me before we move.

Its harder when you move about every 2 years, but my step mother-in-law has a saying or quote that I love and think is so true: "friends are always for a reason, a season or a lifetime"

yep... I have 3 friends in my heart.. and I´m sooooooo grateful for this!
We don´t live in the same city.... but when I need somebody, I always can count on them!

I have three girls that I can truly call friend. One of them I met while stationed in Tennessee and the other two while stationed in Germany. I'm far from all of them now, and I miss them terribly. I'm so thankful for FB and phone calls! We still get to chat often. I'll be within 1 hour of one of them when we move to VA next summer, and I can't wait to catch up with her and her beautiful family! :)

I feel truly blessed to have lots of people I can call friends. My sister is on the top of that list! I have a few groups of friends who I've met through digi scrapping who are some of my favorite people in the world. One of them is Tania, aka Lunafaerie, who got me to hang out here! I've met quite a few of them and even get together to scrap with some of the ladies! My best friend from college is always there for me even though I don't get to see him very often. And I have a group of local friends who are lots of fun. No matter what's going on in my life, I feel so lucky to have people who are there for me!

i've had the same best friend for almost 15 years now. she is my rock. even though we live 10 hrs away, she's always the one i call when i need a good talking to. i swear, she's my soul mate.

I wish I did. I haven't had a BFF in 4 or 5 years, and I miss it.

I enjoy hanging out with the ladies from my Bible study, but they're all so busy that there's not much hanging out time outside of our meetings. I just joined a SAHM/playgroup that I will meet up with for the first time this week, so maybe that will help.

My closest friends are in various places, but all at least several hours from here. :(

I have 1 from where I grew up and 3 that I met while we were stationed in San Diego. And then 3 other really great friends that I met while stationed here. Sadly, I don't (or won't, in a few days) live near any of them....but that's how it goes in the military. I know I can still call on them any time and that's all that really matters.

there is one person in particular who i met while we were living in michigan. i'm not sure if you can meet your bff in your late 20's, but i'd say i did. i know no matter where we are or what the issue, i can call her to chat, vent, seek guidance, ask for help, whatever. she is wonderful and i miss living near her!

Oh yes, what would life be without friendship?... My HS friends and I(there is about 10 of us) still gather a number of times a year(we aim for quarterly). It always involves dinner and drinks and a whole lot of goofing around and giggling! Actually, just got together with them this last Friday night, to kick off the holiday season right! :-)

I've got 2 friends I went to high school with and are still friends with 10-12 years later - they live on the opposite side of the city so we generally only meet up every 2-3 months though chat through fb quite regularly.

I have one. We've only known eachother for about 4 years but we click and I love her to pieces. :)

I'm so lucky to say that I have 3 close friends I can call of BFF...whatever happens, we simply know we can count on each other...love those girls!!

yes, definitely! they are a couple and we spend many times together! some of our best moments are with them... we're together to laugh and cry, with sure! :)

My friend, Stephanie, has been my BFF since 4th grade. We've been friends for over 30 years now. Crazy. She is like family (but in a good way). :D We can go for months and months without talking, but once we pick up the phone, it is like no time has elapsed.

My other really good friend, Shannon, has been my friend for about 15 years now. We met at work and became friends. For awhile, we had a group of about 7 of us that used to do things, take occasional trips and just have fun together, but over the years, the group has dissolved. But my friendship with Shannon has remained. We're having dinner tomorrow. We don't get together very often because she has the craziest schedule of anyone I've known, but it is always good to see her.

My BFF is inside the computer. We talk all day, every day, and I'm not sure how I'd get thru the day without her.

I am still friends with a girl I met in HS and one I met on my first job 20 years ago...Longtime friends. I also have a friend that we met about 5 years ago and we do tons of stuff together with the kids adn talk or text several times a day . I also have a few very good friends at work that I have known for around 15 years and worked with on and off since then.

I met my best friend in our junior year of college, late 1984 or early 1985. We were paired together in groups in a couple of classes, then found out we lived on the same side of town. We went through graduate school together, then were hired at the same Big 8 accounting firm. Fast forward to now, we've supported each other through marriages, a divorce, two kids for me, one kid after 7 years of infertility for her. We still see each other all the time and live about 3 miles apart. I can't imagine my life without her!
