Do you eat them? What kind? I don't think I've made a sandwich at home in years, but I really need to start. My lunches out are getting costly! :giggle

I eat sandwiches on occasion at home and when I do my favorite is (don't judge) bologna and american cheese on toast. I even get the 98% fat free bologna and it's not bad at all!

I'll fix a grilled cheese or BLT for myself, more often the grilled cheese, though. I don't often have bacon, lettuce, AND tomato all at the same time. ;) I fix my kids a lunch every morning, though. PB&J for one, turkey for the other.

I have discovered a sandwich that rocks my world (thanks to my youngest). Tortilla, touch of mayo & mustard, deli turkey, green peppers & yesterday I added a bit of guacamole. YUM!!!!!! I'm not a homemade huge sandwich person but I will eat half a peanut butter one on occasion. Now Subway, I could eat regularly.

I love a corned beef, sauerkraut, pickle, pepperjack panini but I'm usually too lazy.

Since I work retail and do not get a lunch break, my husband makes me a sandwich that I generally eat in between customers hiding in the corner of the pharmacy. It generally is nothing spectacular but fills the bill since I hate eating food that was once warm and has gotten cold.

I don't make them at home very often, but when I do, they must be toasted and cheesy! Forman Grill or toaster oven gets them just right.

I don't make them often, but my fav is roast beef, lettuce, tomato, provolone, mild peppers, and italian dressing on a sub bun. I've been making BLT's lately too, since I finally learned how to cook bacon!

I'm a sandwich lover, although I go in phases at home. Sandwiches are one of the few things Nick will make for himself without acting as though I just asked him to vacuum the backyard so I always keep bread and some sort of sandwich meat around - or PB&J at the very least.

One of my favorites is corned beef, swiss cheese and coleslaw on marble rye. And we do BLTs a lot in the summer. I think I probably make breakfast sandwiches most often, I just made one a few minutes ago.

i adore sandwiches. eating Paleo doesn't allow for bread, though (sniff).

my fave is any italian style and a bacon, avocado, tomato on toast with miracle whip. y.u.m

I love, love, love sandwiches (and burgers). I'd prefer to eat almost anything between two slices of bread (or latest obsession --- pretzel buns!).

I make lots of BT sandwiches (I don't buy lettuce 'cause it never gets eaten before it goes bad) with REAL mayo. If I'm at a restaurant that offers a chicken salad (with NO nuts and NO fruit) sandwich, I have to order it. Chicken + Ranch + cheese + tomato in a tortilla (kinda a sandwich?) is rad, too. When it's just DD and me for lunch/dinner, her favorite place to go is Panera so she can get the grilled cheese, so I'm raising her to be a sandwich-aholic, too, I guess.

At my old job, we had lunch as a group every other month. I was in charge of picking the restaurant, and each choice either had an amazing burger or sandwich selection. Ha! I'm not sure anyone else noticed.

I like a good sandwich, but don't always keep the good stuff at home to make a sandwich with :)
My boys take sandwiches every day in their lunch and act like they never get tired of it. I did that one semester last year and thought I was going to throw up if I took a bite of one more sandwich. So, now I have been pretty averse to them.

I do make grilled cheese with tomato soup occasionally. Also, i like to get a good roll and put some turkey and swiss, wrap it up and toast it in the oven for a bit and that makes a pretty good warm sandwich. And I am a fan of chicken salad in a tortilla wrap!

We do sandwiches once in awhile. In the summer the kids take them to summer program daily in their lunches. I'm super picky about mine and I never have the goods on hand to make a really awesome sandwich, so I usually stick to tuna on toast.

Before going low carb/paleo, I loved grilled cheese, reubens and BLT's. Now I'll have the occasional lettuce wrap, usually filled with chicken or tuna salad, pickle and tomato.
