Do you use them? I used to be heavily into it (before that show and before it got all nuts). I would buy 10 newspapers on Monday when they marked them down and then file them by day just waiting for the new list to come out.

The deals got lamer and lamer and it just got to be too much work so I stopped doing it.

Anyone out there a couponer?

There was an online coupon this week that made Chex Mex free and it's trying to lure me back in. :giggle

I'm hit or miss. I don't get the paper, so I never "clip" coupons, but I do try to at least look through the flyers for the grocery store that gets mailed to my house once every few weeks. I also try to keep the register coupons that print out after you pay, but usually I get annoyed with them stuffing up my wallet and just chuck them.

The ones I'm more likely to use are the ones that are emailed to me for like Michaels or Old Navy because I can just store them in a folder in my email and then use them from my iPhone. No clutter in the purse, but I still get to save money. That's my style! :)

JoAnns will let you stack the paper one with the one on your phone (They have an app). She says as long as they are from "different sources". I was like :woot

Oooooh. I did not know this!!

We don't get a "big" paper here so I don't really have a ton of coupons I can clip. I like the Target coupons that I get via text though!

no.. it's a combination of being lazy, forgetful, and never really seeing coupons that are worth my time. My market has a rewards program and is pretty awesome so I get my savings that way ^__^ Coupons other than food stuff I may use here or there, but I don't shop much.

I don't usually do food coupons, I don't buy a lot of food that they put coupons out for. But I love me some Archivers/Joann/Hobby Lobby/Michaels coupons. I don't go to any of these stores without one...lol.

And and Kohl's save $10 on $10 merchandise...I love that coupon most of all. I got DH a pair of shorts for $2 last summer and DD a pair jeans for $5 this fall with that coupon.

I try to cut coupons, but I find they expire before I ever get to use them. I normally only cut the coupons if it is an item I use regularly use or if it would make the item almost free.

Wha?!? This is good to know!

I use coupons for the craft stores, clothing stores and Costco/Sam's and for diapers/wipes. We gave up on food coupons in the newspapers because we found we were buying stuff just because we had the coupons (we really didn't need 30 boxes of boxed potatoes or 50 bottles of shampoo...NO we never did that, LOL).....the only hoarding we ever did was diapers. We didn't have to buy diapers for a year after Derek was born!!!!

We do have Meijer here and use the MPerks ALL the time though!!!

I don't normally as I am very lazy but we can get money off fuel on shopping dockets and I use them because petrol (gas) is a large hunk out of my weekly budget!

i lurve coupons. nothing too crazy, but the hour or so i spend cutting/printing/collecting once a week really adds up!

I go through periods of time when I do coupons. I have had some really fun coupon 'successes' that kind of give you this high of ''ooh, I just bought all this stuff for practically nothing!" but if I am going to use them, then I check out a couple of blogs that give you the match ups and everything already--which is very helpful!

My family is so picky that almost nothing we eat has coupons. I rarely use them and on the off chance that I do find one we can use, I forget to bring it. I need to make more of an effort to at least do the ones I can add to my Kroger Plus Card.

Well coupons in NZ are kinda on the lame side of well lame... they don't offer much off at all and are often more of a pain in the tootie than anything else...

do get some great fuel deals like Amanda mentioned this past weekend they offered 25c off a litre trouble was it was with a $200 spend... once upon a time yeah I would have done it easy... this past month with Christmas, now kids back at school, new uniforms etc has meant money has been tight... so nah I didn't do it... it makes a big difference though when you fill up and get that much off...

I do however look for sale items at the supermarket I shop at... and reduced to clear items... especially meat... shove it in the freezer and its good... and the supermarket I use has a rewards thing going which usually means each quarter I get a $15 voucher back from them at the very least... sure helps!

and I am a big store brand shopper too... since its usually the same quality in a plain pack can or bag... why spend more on purty packaged stuff when I take the item out of paper/thin plastic packaging anyways and put them into containers to stop mice etc getting at it...

nope...not really, except for craft stores and Bath and Body Works. For food, I mostly shop at Costco and Trader Joes (and I do use the Costco Passport coupons if it's something we need and use). I used to do food ones, but it's just takes too much of my time.
