Old World Glamour Challenge #1

so as I have loads of old non tlp kits - how do you make sure you don't go over the 50% on using something that's non-tlp when you are scrapping?

Templates only count for 15% of the page. Everything else can by from TLP and even a pieces here and there from outside.

Sandy, did you mean to put it in the old and new stuff thread? OMG... I can't believe that the puppy on Paula's kit looks so much like both Sarah and Coco. It's like the doggie could be a mix between your pups! btw. Adorable PUPS!!!!!!!
