Wow! This looks awesome Cheryl! I've been loving your Thankful posts on Facebook lately too! 
To get rid of the "Photo" it's probably on a separate layer called "Delete this layer" To find out which layer it is to this: while in the move tool (click "M") hold down CTRL and then click on the word Photo on you layout. That should automatically select the layer with those words. You can either just turn off that layer by clicking the eye next to the layer in the layer palette, or you can delete that whole layer.
