Ok, you guys have motivated me to get moving.... Off to the living room and my Walk Away The Pounds DVDs. The 1 Gentle Mile walk coming up (it's been awhile since I've used them... need to start slow!)
yeah on you and I love that name the Gentle mile! I like starting slow...cause it will keep you in the game.
That is the actual name of the walk on the DVD. It is an 18 minute mile pace. I'm done and I found out it is time to visit the chiropractor... my right hip must be out of place.
I like the sound of this...walk, then scrap! I think I might have to pull out the treadmill, if I can find it
