    It's time for week 4 of Nicole's weekly challenges. Remember, NBK Design is sponsoring 4 challenges this month. Each challenge will be posted weekly on Mondays in the Designer Challenges area of the forum.
    week 1 - Monday 6th
    week 2 - Monday 13th
    week 3 - Monday 20th
    week 4 - Monday 27th

    What's exciting is that three people who participate in ALL 4 challenges will win a $25 coupon for the NBK Design store. How cool is that???

    Now, this week we will be focusing on journaling. You'll need to include at least 75 words on your page. But don't worry too much as Nicole is going to make it more fun for you by giving you a new font for free! Woo hoo!! It's called Straight and can be found HERE.

    I used it for my layout below:

    I loved this one because I could duplicate the text layer to make it as dark as I wanted. It's super flexible! I hope you like it as much as I do :) To complete this challenge, you must use Nicole's free font, Straight, in the title OR the journaling box AND have at least 75 words of journaling. Have fun with this challenge and I can't wait to see your pages. Enjoy the challenge and free font!


    General Challenge Rules for January 2025:
    • To be entered into the prize draw you need to take part in all 4 NBK Design challenges this month.
    • You have until Midnight EST 2nd February 2025 to post all your layouts.
    • You must use 100% NBK-Design Products or Nic&Joy Products.
    • Templates are allowed - if Templates are used, they must be NBK-Design or Nic&Joy Products.
    • Post your layout in the NBK-Design Gallery and link to your layout in the challenge thread (Please use the share BB IMG code found on the right side of the gallery).

    Lovely font! I used it for the date & the title. Couldn't use it for the journaling, since it didn't have the Scandinavian letters. Here's my layout with a word count of 123 (translated in the gallery):
