My husband is sick on vacation

    My husband and I arrived in Sydney Australia late last night, and he has been sick all day. I walked to the pharmacy to get him medicine, and picked up some broth and crackers from the grocery store, but I haven't had a chance to get out and explore today otherwise. Fortunately, the friends we are visiting live near Bondi Beach, so I've been enjoying the view and sound of the ocean waves while reading a book. Not how I would have chosen to spend our first day here, but I suppose it's good to slow down for awhile on vacation also! Anyway, hello from the other side of the world!

    Sometimes it's nice to relax on that first day of vacation! But I hope he gets better soon so you can go sight-seeing. :)
